An Orlando blogger recommended this place. Best empanadas I have ever had. You only need 2 as they are so big and plenty of filling. I wish I they shipped as I would buy plenty of them. My friend said the shrimp tacos were good...as well.More

I work for several food delivery companies and in 99% of cases the restaurants already have customer orders ready when they arrive to pick them up and they also provide fast and special attention to delivery company drivers, I just of coming to the restaurant...to make an order and this restaurant called Tako Cheena is one of the few restaurants that never has the orders ready, they force you to stand in line with the customers who are ordering at the time to eat, I was waiting for more 10 minutes while the cashier was serving several indecisive customers in their purchases, I made several signs to the cashier that he had an order to withdraw and I was totally ignored by him, when he got busy I approached him and showed him the application with my order and the cashier yelled at me in front of the other people and told me to stand in line and wait my turn even though I'm just going to pick up an order that should be ready to pick up without having to ue queue, seems to me a lack of respect by the staff towards me and all the clients who were there in front waiting to be served, I hope that they train and educate their staff better or improve their ways of recruiting, as I In addition to working with many restaurants, I am also a client in many of them, but for my part I would never go to Tako CheenaMore

A friend and I picked to eat here because it was across the street from where another friend of ours was getting a tattoo. We had a little trouble finding the front entrance... Thankfully, it was a small building. The menu looked interesting but everything...I tried to order, they were out of (at the time). I almost asked the employee at the register what they weren't out of so I could just pick from that. I settled on the seasoned fries with spicy mayo and Thai chicken. My friend got the Mediterranean tako. The fries were okay but the Mediterranean tako was really good. It seemed like a nice lunch spot for young adults. I wish they had what I wanted so I could try actual food instead of fries. I'd still recommend.More

This spot used to be a hot taco food truck in Orlando. They decided to expand it to a restaurant and it's always busy. Everyone that I worked with recommended the restaurant all the time. I finally took my wife there to try it out....We were both pleasantly surprised. The tacos were great and arrived promptly.More

My "Panko Crusted Cod", from the Signature TaKos menu, was truly a work of art. This is a must stop Orlando. Vegetarian & Vegan options available.

This is a must Thai / Mexican fusion restaurant that is a must eatery when I come to Orlando to visit. This food is amazing! 2 of us had cod tacos, and one a combo of lamb, cod and chicken. No Leftovers!! All of us...also tried a vegy, beef and chicken empanada with a great sauce. Hostess was excellent. Helpful with order from beginning to end.More

I wish I could write about the food, but I can’t. We never got food. We arrived at this very functional place at 6:30 on Saturday evening. It was reasonably busy. You have to go to the cashier which is in front of the kitchen...to order. “How long will it be I asked? “20 minutes,” the young lady at the counter answered. 20 minutes went by. I asked about our order. There were 4 tickets ahead of us. If we average 5 minutes per order- which we calculated from hearing the ‘pick-up’ bell - that would be another 20 minutes. Ok, let’s put this in perspective, shall we. This place sells tacos and hot dogs and the like. You can’t even get a beer in this joint (and it is a joint). What place where they sell tacos and dogs, takes 40 minutes to get a customer served? Well, this place. No TV screens either. If you don’t have your phone, you are in big trouble. Sad. Because the food gets accolades, as you all know. But, what good is it if you have to plan your entire evening around getting a taco? Just ridiculous. At least if you get a beer or wine, that would help the time go by. In this joint, 20 minutes seems an eternity.More

I have never had anything from this restaurant that I don't like. I can barely stand cilantro yet I am willing to eat it on anything that I order from this place because the rest of the flavors are just that good. Granted, I had...been drinking the whole night the first time I ever tried this place about 10 years ago, but... I go sober all the time because it's just that good! I like the fact that there's some vegetarian and vegan options so I can always bring a friend and introduce them to this quirky fusion food no matter their diet. The second location that they opened down the street from the first is nice, has more space and in my opinion, it's easier to grab a table. It can get VERY packed during peak mealtime hours and late at night but that's what happens when you make great food. Thanks for being the real MVP, Tako Cheena. P.S. I am not drunk right now. I mean what I'm saying!More

Finally got to try this place and was very impressed. My husband had the empanadas and really like them. I had several different takos. Very inventive ingredients and very filling. Kind of like street food and there are no sides offered with the proteins but...you really don't need them. Different drinks offered and prices very reasonable.More

Not really Mexican tacos but really tasty fare. First time but will return at first opportunity. Other dishes looked interesting.
