We usually go to their neighboring restaurant, but I wanted to try something new. I've heard so many great things about Via Napoli, but we were a bit disappointed. Service was great! But the food was only soso, for the cost.More

We made a reservation to eat here during the Food and Wine timeline. We found the entrees to be a bit expensive with salads and even bread being a extra charge. The Garden Salad came with pepperocini but no bread to eat with them. Chicken...Parmesan was just okay as it was a bit tough. Our second request for a manager brought us Jessyca who was delightful and helpful. She lowered our bill and really cared about our experience here. Our server, Grace, was also efficient and friendly. Maybe next time we will order pizza as the 3 pizza ovens were popping out lots of pizzaMore

Via Napoli was a great place to have lunch during our day at Epcot. We had a 12:30 ADR and the place wasn't very busy when we were there a bit early. We stuck to 1 large pizza and that was enough to feed my...family of 5. The pizza was great! Legit Neapolitan pizza. The dough was sweet and stretchy - so yum! We got half cheese for the kids and half peperoni and sausage for the adults. The toppings were just as good as the dough! Because we stuck to pizza, we were done with lunch in about 45 minutes which was great because we didn't want to burn too much park time. It was also very reasonable from a price perspective! I'm glad to decided to stop for lunch here!More

NOT NAPOLETANA PIZZA. Don’t believe the hype. They may bring in Italian people to sell it, but it is not Napoletana style. There is more to this style of pizza than cooking it in a wood oven and that is pretty much the end of...the similarities between true napoletana and the thin weak-flavored thing they presented us. I mean I guess it is probably a pretty edible pizza if you are used to eating papa johns or digiornos. But don’t try to sell it as authentic. We couldn’t do it. I guess we are kind of pizza snobs; we have had some of the best napoletana pizzas in the world. (See my other reviews). But we do like “other kinds” of pizza too! We appreciate lots of different styles as long as they taste good! And generally speaking even a bad pizza is pretty good pizza. But not so much here. If you are gonna give it a try, load it with toppings, parm and peppers and you will probably get through just fine. A truly good pizza can be simple and not boring. Not so here. Our server was very nice and seemed genuinely concerned at our disappointment. Manager offered us a dessert to appease us but since we were going to have to got get dinner elsewhere we chose to just cut our losses and move on. We weren’t really ready to face the possibility of disappointment of a substandard cannoli to boot.More

We were able to move forward our reservation here on the day without much trouble, but it wasn’t by any means empty. The food was decent - we had pepperoni and piccante pizzas, and torta caprese and chocolate gelato to finish. If you’re looking for...a good pizza in a nice setting it’s worth checking out, but honestly I think there are better places to eat on property and I wouldn’t personally rush back.More

Have been eating here before and it was all great, great food, great service before the pandemic Via Napoli in Epcot, no it's the same, the food and pizza are horrible, I think with the coronavirus they all returned to Italy, chefs and waiters, environment and...food a bad imitation of what it was before, I think Disney will do better to close the international pavillions, they have lost all the magic and authenticity, trying to reproduce a very bad copy of what it was before, I will never return to this restaurant until it returns to true Italian cuisine and ambianceMore

We booked this restaurant as part of the Candlelight Processional dinner package and were disappointed we did. We visited Via Napoli several years ago and seemed to remember it as a really good dining experience. Sadly this wasn't the case this time. The food was...ok, but nothing special and we weren't impressed at all with the pizzas, we've had much better in most countries we have been to. The service was ok, our waiter was friendly but we would't returnMore

We had a large party (9 people) and made 2 reservations (4 people and 5 people), but when we checked-in, they were able to put us at a large round table in the middle of the main dining room, which was perfect. They gave my...8 year old an activity placemat and crayon, which we hadn't gotten at Disney before, and the food came out pretty quickly. It took 2 pizzas, a ravioli dish, and a kids meal to feed all of us. Someone at a table next to us gave us a large pizza that they had ordered but hadn't touched. We had plenty to eat and it was all good. I had one of my son's chicken tenders and it was very lightly breaded and very tasty. Everyone said it was the best pizza they'd had in Orlando. Also a great atmosphere with a very nice waitress. Recommend.More
