We ate here the first time after a long day travelling from the UK because it was conveniently located opposite our hotel. We were starving! Great selection on offer and very reasonably priced. The pizzas were all tasty, and the salad bar was good. We also ate here a second time after a day at the parks when we were famished and needed to eat quickly. Was it the best meal we had in Orlando? No. Was it what we needed at the time? Absolutely.

This restaurant offers excellent value on all you can eat buffet style pizza pasta salad and dessert. There is a large range of pizzas and salad that are frequently replenished and the cinnamon roll dessert is to die for it was so delicious. It is a busy restaurant popular with families, with arcade style games at the back so expect people to be constantly walking around. The food was great and would highly recommend.

Having heard good things about this restaurant my girlfriend and I decided to try it out on a day we fancied a pizza. We are really glad we did, as a youth I always went to Chucky Cheese (which is next door) but the value for money Cici's offers is amazing.
$9.99 for an all you can eat buffet of starters, pizza and deserts with free drink refills is amazing value for money especially as the pizza was not bad at all. I have had far worse in much more prestigious restaurants and so pound for pound this is a great venue if you fancy something quick easy and cheap to eat at the end of a long day.

There’s just one word needed for this, WOW!
For $13, you can participate in a buffet of soups, pasta, pizza, salad and dessert- all on a buffet basis! Oh, included is unlimited large drinks.
If you wanted 1 or 60 slices of Pizza, that’s OK. If it wasn’t on the server tray, it was made up fresh. If you wanted a ham and pineapple with BBQ base, they sorted it for you.
Salads were extremely fresh, tasty and again, plentiful!
Can get a bit busy, but with prices of $12.39 for buffet and small drink or $12.89 for buffet and large drink, I’m not surprised!
Highly recommend spicy chicken, BBQ and spicy beef pizza (good flavouring without the heat!).

Dirty atmosphere, only one soup option, one pasta with two sauce options (white and sugo), edible savory pizzas, terrible sweet pizzas. $10.99 per person wasted. On top of that, even the ice machine didn't work, hot drinks. Zero rating.

Visited this place only a couple days ago and still recovering from the experience. To say this food was greasy would be an understatement to say the least it was grease with a side of pizza. The atmosphere is hard to describe, busy noisy but felt underwhelming. The local wildlife came free (bugs) and toilets were closed. Would not recommend and would definitely pick Oragenatto instead. 😡🤢🪳

Awful food, save your money & go elsewhere. The pasta looked terrible, I didn’t try it and the pizzas were greasy and lukewarm, not appetising at all. Wish I had turned around and gone back out the door I came in. $10 per person for the buffet. I wish I had gone to McDonalds, I’d have had a more satisfying meal.
While we were there, staff were climbing a ladder right next to the food to put boxes of cups in a shelf area immediately above the food, not good practice.

This place is actually disgusting. To start off we have never been before so didn’t know what to expect or how it works and the guy at the till was so unhelpful and too busy sending messages on his phone to bother explaining. When we asked do we just find our own table he just nodded and went back to messages. I got a plate of salad and it was going brown and half the dressing bottles were empty. We moved table 3 times because the tables were not steady. In total we had 5 slices of pizza between us and left but when we came back to the 3rd table (that already had our drinks on) our chairs had been taken because the lady was shutting off the arcades and tables and chairs all around it and used them to block it off. Someone wanted to get back to their table as they was still eating in that area and she had to stop mopping for it and move her baracade. Very unorganised and unhappy people and the place just attracts people that think it’s ok to take their shoes off and walk through the restaurant like it. We spent a total of 20 minutes max there and it was too long. Dirty disgusting venue that shouldn’t be allowed to operate.

Sometimes when I want pizza, I find it difficult to make decision on what to get...CiCis take that concern away by offering me up at least 6 different pizzas - Buffalo Chicken and BBQ were my personal favourites - garlic bread and salad in unlimited quantities. To cap it all there were wonderfully tasty cinnamon rolls and spiced apple pizza, which were worth keeping room for. All piping hot, all tasty and all for under $30 for the two of us.

This is a buffet style restaurant for pizza lovers. If like me your stumped for choice if you dislike pizza as the alternative is pasta and tomato sauce with garlic bread, or salad. It was still tasty though but could do with an extra pasta option.
There are a number of varieties of pizza options plus pizza style desserts. Its around $10.99pp there is a kids price also. It has baby seating available. It has amusements for the kids plus a huge shop of sweets next door.

Was the pizza 5 star quality? No. But after a very very long day at universal this place was great when we were all starved, and wanted good food right away. The pasta buffet needs some help but the salad bar and pizza were good!

We ate at this particular Cici's three times while staying nearby for a month. Subjectively; the pizza is not very good (to me). Everything else is great. The soup, salad, and deserts are worth the cost. Its easy to find a BOGO buffet coupon in the area, so an all you can eat meal for 2 is a great bargain. The staff (always) yell "Welcome to Cici's" when you arrive, and yell "Thanks for coming to Cici's" when you leave. Its a family friendly restaurant, and everyone seems to be having a great time here. We do not have a Cici's in Canada, and its always on our "to do" list when we arrive in Orlando.

We loved this place, the pizza is gorjuss and OMG the garlic bread is to die for. It's such a bargain for this buffet, would definitely recommend. They also serve pasta with sauces and a salad bar and dessert aswell, all included in the buffet price.such a great bargain.

From the outside this looks like a small diner with a gift shop, but the pizza you get here as as good as I’ve had.
After spending most of the day having the money shaken out of your pockets at the parks, knowing your going back that evening to repeat that trying to find somewhere to eat, what a surprise it was to find this place after staying in this location many times.
Unlike the parks there are no long waits to pay before entry to this all you can eat.
The pizza is fresh hot tasty in all your favourite types.
If for any reason you are unable to find what you want just ask, and they will make it for you.
You also need to try the dessert pizza vanilla WOW.
We both ate with free top up drinks after paying with a coupon you can find in any stores for $14.
Fantastic taste and price.

Went here with the family while visiting Orlando. There were 3 adults and 1 child for the buffet. Plus I purchased 3 large drinks and it came out to $42.00. I feel it was not worth the price. The pizza was decent, the salad was not bad and there was no soup or pasta made. They made fresh cinnamon rolls which were actually very good! They had a decent variety of salad dressing but half of the bottles were either empty or almost empty. We did go at 8:45p on a Wednesday night, so I can understand why some of it was ok. The website says they close at 10pm, the door said 9pm and the hostess said 11pm…. So this was a little off because they actually closed at 10pm. There is a small arcade connected to the pizza place with limited games. There is also a huge discount gift shop attached and they had great deals with a good variety of Disney. All in all it’s a good place after a few drinks or if you just need to feed some really hungry kids.
