I’ve eaten at Miller’s across Jacksonville for as long as I can remember and have made many wonderful memories across locations. This Ale House does a fine job. Food takes a few minutes to get to you, but that’s ok when the food you get...is done right and is hot. The food is pretty pricey but is they are generally generous with their portion sizing. On my last trip I tried and loved the Smashed Queso Burger. The wait staff was very friendly and helpful. They’re however very inconsistent in breading their wings.More

Arrived late from out of town. Options limited. A 30 minute wait at 10 pm, but ok…….noted there were multiple empty tables. Problem is not being crowded, they simply don’t have staff. Would assume kitchen staff, plenty of young wait staff loitering and chatting. Finally...seated and ignored. Manager came over to apologize. Actual waiter was very good, didn’t catch name but did mention being active duty Navy. Best part of food was appetizer. Mahi sandwich seemed to have been microwaved. Bun inedible. Chicken bland even with sauce, but ok. They do have nice fries. Not likely to return on next trips to OP. To top it off, upon leaving, at this point close to midnight, counted six police cars in different places of parking lot. Felt safe walking out, but suspect someone earlier not so lucky.More

Father’s Day weekend and at 12:30 PM they had no salads, no Osso Buco which is why my dad wanted to go there. No lemons or limes for our drinks. The food we ordered was good but it would have been nice to have a...salad as our side.More

Ordered double vodka. It came in a very small glass filled to the top with ice and there was a little vodka. Two of us ordered nachos supreme, but after 10 minutes our very nice waitress said they had no nachos. Ordered a Mediterranean flatbread...and it had charcoal burnt tips and two salty to eat. Our other two guests ordered salmon which was good, but a little dry. The waitress was very pleasant and apologetic.More

RESTAURANT. We ordered prime rib on their so called special. I was suppose to be 12 ounces, it came 8 or 10 ounces There was no salad, no bread, no potato with only one side. The one side came late. Then the bill came, and...they charged us $15.99 each for the prime rib. Was very disappointed and we will never return to this over priced restaurant.More

I like it for the most part but on 2 separate occasions I was charged too much on my credit card bill. The tip amt was changed and it's a good thing I kept an eye on it. Guess I wont be going back!!More

Hubby and I have only been here for lunches. Service, specials and food are all very good and the atmosphere is pleasant. Would recommend.

Stopped in here based upon TA Reviews, and was not disappointed. Service was prompt and excellent from Mary and Jenn C at the bar. Both were friendly, outgoing, service oriented and welcoming. My food was served promptly and I was pleased with the quality portion...size. There were several local customers who knew Mary and Jenn attesting to their efficiency and good customer service. If I lived near here it would be my "go to" local place and I recommend you try it as well.More

Our niece decided to take us to this local establishment for lunch which we all enjoyed our meals and drinks. Service was adequate and meals reasonably priced. A nice treat for us.

Went to watch Clemson whip up on South Carolina and got a table facing the tv's. Ordered Long Island Iced Tea and sent it back because it was way too lemony and changed it to the top shelf Long Island Iced Tea which was perfect....We ordered onion rings, pot stickers and one other appetizer. They were great tasting but the onion rings were on the greasy side and we didn't finish them. A lighter batter would be better, like Burger King uses. Our server kept a check on us and brought everything we needed and wanted. Spent about 3 hours there and had multiple drinks and was well pleased.More

As usual, this place is excellent. Great dinner and atmosphere. We sat outside in the covered porch. We'll be back soon.

This restaurant has very good service and reasonable prices. The food is good but not quite excellent. However I would return and recommend.
