Prices are right, menu is extensive and over 100 types of sauces for your food. Consider this somewhere between a fast food and lunch or dinner sit down. Informal attire.
They have a fantastic selection of hot sauces. Their food is okay but not outstanding for the price. People are pleasant but not many good gluten free choices and not sure about cross contamination here.

This is always a fun & good place to enjoy a limited specialized menu. I have never had a bad experience here. It is always busy so if you're going to lunch - go early or late never during the main lunch hour.
