We went there for oysters which were good as they always are. We also ordered two large bowls of clam chowder. Just horrible. It was filled with potatoes in a thick cream soup. There were tiny pieces of clam. Lots of corn starch in it...to thicken it up. Canned clam chowder is much better. Its scary how anyone could serve food this bad. We will never go back there.More

I was thrilled to discover this seafood shop and restaurant. The selection of seafood is vast from local wild to further afield. There is a seafood and shellfish platter and dinnerware section along with gift items, pantry staples and so much more. It was an...interesting space to browse around while waiting for a table, Customers dine in and around the market and outside where steel band music was playing, Happy Hour on Weds and Thurs is an excellent value with shellfish and 1/2 off wine list. It was a bright, happy place with great seafood and a nice glass of wine.More

Had one of the most dreadful experiences in our 8 years of dining in the area. We had a coupon and understood that food off special menu was not included. Manager then turned a confusing situation into a disaster - going hostile as I asked...a question. Gave him the coupon - never buy one for this establishment as the rules are onerous and you can hardly use one - and left. Will never frequent this place again.More

This is one of the best seafood restaurants we’ve been to in a long time. Everything is fresh and tasty. The Captain’s platter has 5 different seafood choices and all were excellent. The cracked conch was very good. But the BEST 2 items were the...calamari and hush puppies. The calamari comes in strips, not the usual tubes and tentacles. We’ve had calamari all around the world and this was right up there with the best of them! Service was awesome. And the wine bottles were 50% off which made the meal that much better! If you are in West Palm, this is a restaurant you don’t want to miss.More

We came last year and couldn’t wait to come back. First and foremost this is a 5 star fish market. EVERYTHING in the case looked amazing but we were there to eat. We went a slightly different route. The appetizers looked so good we got...several. The lobster bisque was EXCELLENT. I have to believe they used the shells from the cooked lobster in the fish case. The clam chowder had a lot of clams but reminded me of Split pea. The second night I had the Lobster Bisque as did my wife.Yes we eat soup when it’s 95* outside and we are under the age of 60. Crab cake was LOADED with crab, lump crab cocktail says it all, mussels were fresh and meaty served one of two ways ( we went with white wine) and a different take on fried calamari. Big calamari steak cut into strips and breaded in cornbread. Different and very good. There are MASSIVE deals in the summer and we went twice! Check the website and others that AREN’T listed! Grouper with garlic aioli with panko, and snow crab special. The day we went they had King Crab special at 60% OFF! No brainer! Wed & Thurs 1/2 price wine? Friday was 25% off entire check! These are summer specials and they were not as busy as they should have been . Service was also, quick, pleasant and efficient. Jeanie is the best. If you want unbelievably fresh seafood, this is your place.More

I ate here for the first time and was impressed with the choice of fish available in the market and was appreciative of knowing that portion sizes could be chosen for most items. The service was a bit slow but I don't mind not being...hurried by the staff. The food was served right after cooking so the temperatures were hot and the fries were crispy not wilted. I had the swordfish. It was prepared grilled and was butter soft inside. Rice and beans side nicely spiced. My wife had sole, sauteed. In her opinion perfectly prepared. The dining area inside is small with a few tables, most tables are outdoors with a parking lot view as well as US 1.More

Wow! Fresh seafood at a reasonable price. Great variety of fish - grilled, fried, blackened etc with a small variety of sides (could’ve improved). I think they have burgers - but why? Or who would dare? If you don’t like seafood then drive on by....Indoor and outdoor seating. And a huge fish market - huge prawns! Everything is fresh. Good service.More

My mother and I decided to try this restaurant since the reviews were good. Once we arrived we gave our phone number for them to call us when our table of 2 was ready. 20 minute wait time and still no text. Not a problem...for us, until the hostess was letting groups of two who arrived after us in. We had to go and remind her about us, and only once doing so she showed us to our table. We sat down for 20 minutes without anyone serving us. Waitresses would pass by and not stop to take our order or even offer us a glass of water. I stopped one of the works and asked if they would alert a waitress that we wanted to be serve. 10 minutes later, no one helped us. The worst part was that two tables down a family of 4 sat down and were immediately served. This was the last straw for us. We got us from our table and left. This is a terrible experience. We understand if staff is low, however there were many servers on the floor but not one decided to check in on us.More
