This is a very friendly place, good food, very reasonable drinks. Yes there is smoking allowed, but the exhaust system works wonders, I in am a non smoker and always look around for a seat near other non smokers. This Post does a lot fo...Vets and their families. Just try it for a Sunday Breakfast.More
This is open to members and their guests only. Veterans, their spouses and children are all welcome to join. There is a true sense of camaraderie here. It's like one big family. Also, drinks are inexpensive.
Went for Monday night spaghetti. The place is basically a bar, serving food on the side. Their spaghetti dinner is really good! We have also gone for breakfast on Sunday mornings which is also very good. Smoking is allowed inside, so if you don't smoke...you will notice the smell in your clothes by the time you leave.More
My neighbors Brenda and Corrine took me to AMVETS Post. I was most honored to be among so many heroes! And to DRINK BEER WITH THEM?!?!?! Man I was in Heaven. The Commander was a very nice down to earth guy with a keen sense...of humor! Great place,Cold Beer, Prices were more then right. I failed to mention the very efficient friendly Bartender! It was an honor to be a guest at the AMVETS! Cute little local spot! Guests are welcome if a member 'Signs you In'. Salute and Thank You!🇺🇸🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻✌More
Yes I am partial to this veterans post. I have ate there many times over the past 5 years. Monday night is Spaghetti, Wednesday night is Burgers, Friday night is different each Friday and Sunday breakfast is a buffet.
You have to be a post member although they recognize the VFW & legion cards..The building is small & old, when there is music just a small place to dance..The biggest problem is the smoke it is bad . If you don't smoke and like to...breathe I would advise skipping this place.More
