On this visit there was no atmosphere at the bar. Very much a locals bar for local people. Considering that this is a fish restaurant it is amazing that they over cooked the fish. Basically it is a fried fish joint.

super fresh fish in large portions at a good price. Not fancy atmosphere, just great food and cheerful service.

We had been referred to this restaurant and we love seafood. We each ordered the 1/2 & 1/2 platter of clam strips and scallops. The clam strips were very stringy and thin, thin. The scallops were good, but there were very few of them. It isn't the worst meal I'd had but I was quite disappointed and will likely not... More

You can't beat an order of fried Calamari and 2 beers for less than $10, and their calamari is the best i have had! I wish they had more to offer to eat during happy hour at happy hour prices!

The best seafood I have had in Florida. My husband had a burger and that was perfect also. Everything is reasonably priced. The service was amazing!

Very good seafood. Not very fancy. Indoor and outdoor service. If you like seafood, you would enjoy Captain Eddie's. Prices are average. Good selection of fish and shell fish. Picnic style tables with baskets for the smaller appetite.

Visitied the restaurant for lunch after drving past it for years and seeing it highlighted on a local TV station. Found the it to be a dissapointment, overpriced, very small portions, tasteless food and the place had a smell of mold and old grease. Will never be back.

Freshest seafood! Friendly service. Clam chowder is deeeeelicious. Prices are very reasonable and very close to where we stayed at Suntan Terrace.

My sister in law and I had dinner here. The food was delicious and the service was great. Alligator bites were awesome!

Many locals like this restaurant, we tried it twice and will not be back. The broiled sea food platter I tried was just awful. Tasteless shrimp, crab cakes the same and the flounder had a chemical taste that made me not go beyond 1st bite. The sides are nothing to rave about either canned beets, Cole slaw tasteless too, French... More
