Tried here for the first time and everyone went above and beyond to make this experience the best! Michael helped us figuring out what to try and we enjoyed his recommendations. He deserves a raise! Thank you guys for a great experience!

This is by far my favorite restaurant! They switch up the menu seasonally, so there is always new options to try. I always order the fried pickles appetizer which are totally made in house, they are incredible! The Mahi stack is my favorite lunch item,...and the potato cake it comes with is to die for. I bring all my friends and family to this restaurant when they are in town, and everyone loves it. I always request for Matt Z to be my server, he is attentive, friendly, and always makes the experience so personable and welcoming. He always gives me the best drink recommendations that are so good you don't even need a straw! I would recommend Norwood's a thousand times over!!!More

I cannot believe Norwood’s is not rated as THE #1 restaurant in NSB! My girlfriends and I had the very best seafood that I have ever enjoyed. We had broiled scallops in beurre blanc with mixed veggies and the Yukon Gold potato cakes, the Scottish...Salmon salad with cashew-encrusted goat cheese balls (among other yummy ingredients) and Almond-Encrusted Grouper with beurre blanc. All we could say was “Mmmm, oh, mmmm.” We couldn’t speak. Every bite was practically orgasmic — with rich, layered, delicate, exquisite favors. Believe me, I’ve lived in Boston and have eaten seafood in many places. The taste, the presentation, the service, the uniqueness and ambiance of this restaurant cannot be beat. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to Norwood’s — but expect a considerable wait on the weekends if you want to sit high in the treehouse. We ate downstairs and it was delightful. P.S. The portions for the Scottish Salmon Salad and the Almond Encrusted Grouper are quite generous. My friend and I were glad we decided to split those 2 dishes. Finally, the Tiki Treehouse cocktail was great, too!More

Me and my girlfriend have been coming here for years and Norwoods is always our go to for date night. We always ask for Matt Z. He is a great server and makes the experience well worth it. The food is absolutely delicious, I personally...have tried just about everything on the menu and have never had a meal I didn’t love! My newest favorite is actually a Vegan option called Radiatori Pesto which is a house made pasta in a creamy pesto sauce with heirloom cherry tomatoes and grilled asparagus. You can add any meat to it if you’d like!More

We love to go out to eat and Matt Z exceeded our expectations! He had a huge smile and was very attentive! He brought out our drinks very quickly! The tiki treehouse is my favorite drink! This is our absolute FAVORITE restaurant to go to. We have been coming here for years and the food is outstanding! They change up some things on the menu based on the season of the year and the meals they come up with are to...die for! My go to is the Mango Moscato paired coconut shrimp as an appetizer to start and either the Chicken stack which is a blackened chicken over a potato cake with a side of edamame or the Norwoods filet over a potato cake with fresh veggies. We always ask for Matt Zerrusen as our server. His personality and service always makes our night out well worth it. This is definitely the place to go for date night and make sure to ask for Matt Z!More

Loved the atmosphere and food here! Unfortunately we weren’t aware kids aren’t allowed upstairs. We sat downstairs and it was still a great experience. Our waitress (Cara??) was very helpful with allergen info. Wonderful food and service.

Such a cool experience, seated immediately, April was our waitress and she was AMAZING. The food was incredible, such a wonderful experience. So so good!

The treehouse section is first-come, first-serve, so we have always been able to sit there. The view & ambiance is great. The servers are attentive. I tried a new cocktail & didn’t like it, so the server switched it out for a different one. The...creamy pesto pasta was delicious, & enough for 2 meals (I took half of it home). Order the house salad. It is unique with granola added. The dressings are house-made & you can tell ! Yum!More

My test is, lets order something i dont like and see how they do. i ordered shrimp and grits, i dont like either. turns out norwood's was outstanding. unbelievable. similarly, for a drink i ordered a bourbon with popcorn and marshmellow. it had to be...awful. again, it was one of the best ive ever had. wow!More
