We visit Spanish River Grill when we are in New Smyrna Beach on vacation. We usually visit when their two entertainers from Orlando are there with their Latin/ Classical/ Jazz music. We missed them this trip but found the service to be excellent with our waiter Jared. He knew the menu well and the preparation and presentation was excellent (except... More

The menu has changed and not all for the best in my opinion. Two of the best dishes aren't on the menu anymore but the waiter said they could still make them. That was probably my mistake. Neither one was what it used to be. I used to get the gambas (shrimp in a spicy oil based garlicky sauce) and... More

It's a very nice place with friendly staff and excellent service. The main entrees are a little pricey. We had appetizers and salad along with some great Sangria. Worked for us.

After seeing the rave reviews of this restaurant we thought it was a no brainer. Unfortunately it wasn't up to par . The brightest part of the meal was the apps. Main meals were mediocre at best. Maybe we just caught them on a bad night but for the money they are charging they have to get it right. Service... More

We went because of all of the positive reviews and because of Emeril's suggestion. We knew it would probably be expensive but for the quality of the food we got it was really expensive. The appetizers were great. We ordered fried calamari and crab crakes. We were happy. FYI: if you want a soda (Pepsi, etc.) be prepared to pay... More

Ate here this weekend for the first time. The food was amazing. We ate several appetizers like the bbq octopus, green beans, truffle fries, and the ahi tuna. For dinner I had the cioppino and my wife had the lamb..both where awesome! This is a must try place while in New Smyrna Beach. I don't feel we would have enjoyed... More

Four of us (two couples) ate dinner at this restaurant in April of 2016. We had a bottle of wine - Salia de Finca - which was good. We ordered appetizers and entrees and shared them all - they were all quite tasty. We had Abdella Street Salad which was very good - salads are usually a favorite of mine.... More

We live in New Smyrna Beach and have eaten at all of the 'best' local restaurants. Spanish River Grill is by far the 'best of the best' and our very favorite! The food is fresh, unique and tasteful. Although it may not be located in the best location (Publix shopping center) it is our first choice and very favorite for... More

Fun place to take a group of friends. The Sangria is delicious! Service is always the best part of visiting this restaurant. They frequently change up their menu, so go online to see what's new. Easy to make a reservation.

We just got in to town on Father's Day and couldn't find anywhere to eat at 11:00 am. Everything opens at 11:30. We stopped in here and our family of 5 was turned away. We stopped on a bench outside to wait for a neighboring restaurant to open, and the manager walked up to say he had found a way... More

With a modern approach to Latino cuisine, husband and wife team, Henry and Michele Salgado, prepare a blend of regional ingredients strongly influenced by the bustling barrios of Latino neighborhoods and the traditional Spanish countryside.

Chef Henry and his team of chefs work to prepare the freshest local seafood and seasonal vegetables available to provide the Spanish River Grill guests with an exceptional celebration of food.

From start to finish, the philosophy at the Spanish River Grill is that the intimate craft of preparing food should be exceptional and something the culinary and service teams take seriously. Each night the goal is to create a memorable journey of flavors and an experience to be shared with friends, family, and those you love.
