A chili dog, double hamburger loaded, and a large fry for under $10. If you don't tip the service staff $10 shame on you! The best hamburger in Navarre, and there is no debate. All chains be damned, and while their burgers are serviceable tops is different it feels personal and incredibly affordable, and I may never eat another hamburger locally from anywhere else. (Whataburger maybe). Don't miss this if you want a burger

Great place except for a loud mouth 20 something woman who never stops talking. She’s so loud and obnoxious that the order taker gets our order wrong about 1/2 the time. “Because that woman is sooo LOUD!” Please give her walking papers if it doesn’t stop. Her coworkers obviously can’t stand it either! Hey owner, send someone in regularly and have them videotape the experience. You will know what we are ALL talking about! Let her go!!

This place my husband found via Google when trying to pick our lunch spot for the day. Easily one of my favorite places we ate our entire vacation. While the interior leaves much to be desired, the food is great! The prices are very reasonable, and you get more fries than anywhere I've ever been. The staff was all very kind, and they appear to do a lot of charity/donation work. I wish we had a place like this where I lived because I'd eat there every day! The burger had such great flavor and seasoning.
Go if you get the chance!

Would not know anything about the food taste. The order was inaccurate. When we returned and were waiting for someone to come to the window the person wrapping the sandwiches sneezed all over and continued wrapping sandwiches. There was not any safety precautions being taken by an employees. I pointed it out to the manager and asked for a refund of my money. The person who claimed to be the manager walked away hot a few buttons on the iPad and told me the transaction was voided and slammed the window closed. I was not given a receipt. I hope this is not how all the restaurants in Florida treat there customer.

When I googled food and this place showed up, the amount of reviews sold me on it. When we arrived we were a little taken aback by the fact it was connected to a gas station. But I’m happy we didn’t let that stop us. Amazing burgers and good prices. The side portions are very large as well. We will be going back for sure.

Service was pretty quick. Staff did well handling being busy during COVID-19. For us the hamburger patty was a bit small and lacking and the fries were a bit soggy/soft. If you need a quick bite to eat I would say go for it. But if you are looking for a GREAT burger from a fast location I would seek somewhere else.

Tops has always been my husband’s go to place for burgers and tots. I’ve always found them greasy (their motto is “Home of the Greasy Sack”) but since it’s been his favorite, and is so close to home, we go every now and then. Those days are OVER! From the dirty rug mat at the door to fries, tots, straw paper, wadded napkins, etc. all over the greasy floor (I’m not exaggerating - I wanted to get a broom myself!) to the overflowing trash can with no lid, I can’t go on. There were no eat in customers when we got there around 6:30 pm so there was no reason someone couldn’t have been cleaning. Never top notch clean but this visit was so bad HE asked for the manager and complained!!! And she just nodded at him and said “I’m sorry you feel that way - we’re short handed”. Folks, this was not “new trash, new grease, etc.” He even told her he might be back to give them time to clean up & another try, and she again said “I’m sorry you feel that way”, never saying they would remedy the situation by cleaning or anything. After that, we left with hubby stating he’d never go back. For him to say that, take my word for it, IT WAS BAD!

Great burgers the first time. Next time, open sign on within business hours, but refused service. Apparently they don’t want to make money. This laziness will cause them to go out of business soon. Culver’s is better.

I love their Pulled BBQ sandwiches dressed. They have the best French fries if you like them soft. Eat here a lot. Great prices,Great food,Great Quality and service .

Greasy fries and hot dog looked old and nasty. My grandson wouldn't eat it. I took it out of bun and could see why. I will not ever be back.

Came from the beach wore out and hungry. Got in drive thru line that was wrapped around the building -- it took 30 minutes to get through the line but MAN WAS IT WORTH IT! Burgers were creative, delicious, and so fresh! ALSO! 2 adults can EASILY share a large fry! Cant wait to go back! Greater than ANY drive through food I have ever had!

The food is greasy but tasty. The prices are great. Eating inside wasn’t the best. I would recommend the drive through since seating is limited and inside isn’t as clean as I would prefer.

The food was great but I was a little freaked out about how generally dirty the place was. The ac vent returns in the dining area ceiling were so filthy you could grow plants in them and the floors and tables were sticky and nasty - kind of gave me the heebeejeebees....

Home of the greasy sack! We come here usually once a week. We usually get the mushroom burger, the regular cheeseburger and the double cheeseburger meals. They have yummy fried pickles and fried mushrooms. My daughter loves their chocolate milkshake. They do have a drive thru window. Seating is limited.
