Went there on a Sunday for brunch. We were seated on a side of the restaurant away from a very noisy party. The restaurant is attached to a hotel on the beach. After being seated, it took too long for a server to come and...attend to. We ordered ice tea and a calamari appetizer to share. The calamari was just awful. Very small pieces which were overly cooked and almost inedible. We then tried the pork belly tacos and they were no better. The pork was mostly fat and the vegetables were very over seasoned. The only saving grace was the fries served with the tacos, which were good. A very poor experience.More

This restaurant is attached to the Springhill- which if you are staying there doesn't make sense - its an expensive and the Springhill is not the Ritz? We went for dinner our first night staying to use our $25 credit - the food was delicious...but service did not match and even though we requested to sit outside it was not ideal. There is absolutely NO lighting - so you cannot see your food once the sun sets and obviously not your bill to sign and leave tip, etc. We asked 3 x for our server to light the fire to give us a bit of light and warmth - it's a switch to turn on mind you =- but Spenser seemed to have a lot of excuses. I got the seared tempera tuna - which was tasty but it was a very small portion which only came w/ a small bit of rice - no side no bread so it was not enough to be called an entree - more appetizer size. Others we chatted with seemed disappointed for dinner as well. the next day I got the pork belly tacos and they were ok - they were wet which was disappointing - came w/ a large serving of potatoes - $16 - fair price for pool bar food i guess.More

We were seated and greeted right away. It was downhill from there. We waited over 30 mins for the 2 appetizers that were ordered. We actually had to flag down the server to ask if they were coming out. One of the dishes came out...with cold bread and “earthy”ricotta (best description I can come up with). We were OFFERED warm bread (which also came out cold). We ended up being charged a dollar for this. Not that the dollar mattered, but the bread was offered as a replacement. After 45 minutes of waiting for cocktails that had been ordered just after being seated, we again flagged down our server and asked for our drinks. Our water and tea were refilled once during the entire hour and 44 minutes of our visit. When our meals finally arrived, there were many issues. Specifically, 1 of the steaks was prepared incorrectly, hamburgers that were ordered well done were literally pink/red in the middle (I ate around the edges to keep from having to send it back to the kitchen), we had to ask for steak knives, and we had to wait for salads (they came after the meal). We did ask to speak to a manager, and were able to talk with a “supervisor” before leaving. After explaining how the night had gone and showing her the issues with the food, she offered to take the salads off of the bill and give a 10% discount on the total check (that included a 20% gratuity). Now, not one person in our party has a problem paying full price for a good experience, but this was awful. The menu states that “up to 4 split checks” are allowed per table. When we tried to settle the check (party of 7) we were told that the statement on the menu meant the total for the table could only be split into 4 equal checks. Even after we requested that it be split by seat. I didn’t mention that a couple of our group did indicate before ordering that they would share a ticket. Nothing was said at this time about an equal split. Oh! The supervisor took the salads off of the bill, but still charged for the 3 shrimp that were in it. I understand that we all have “off” days, and I recognize when a server has been poorly trained or is still learning the process. However, this was not just a server issue, this was a bar, kitchen, and supervisor issue. For $330+ I expect better.More

Go somewhere else!!!! Exorbitant prices for unappealing menu! We stopped at the appetizer, which was lobster dip, it was so spicy we couldn’t eat it. Appetizer, bad daiquiri and a sweet tea was $60. I do not mind paying for a great dining experience but...this was really bad.More

My husband and I have wanted to visit this restaurant for awhile whenever we visit Navarre Beach and stay at Spring Hill Suites. We finally decided to give it a try on a cold Saturday evening. We were seated quickly, although the tables were full....What a disappointment! The service was terrible (our server would disappear for 15 minutes at a time; we finally had to ask another server to bring us the salt, pepper, iced tea and bread that we had requested twice), the food was mediocre with small portions (gnocchi and chicken entrees) and vastly overpriced. The bill for two people (2 appetizers, 2 entrees and 1 dessert; 2 iced teas) was $130. Terrible service and mediocre food = $130. No thanks! Perhaps management feels like they don’t have to try because their patrons are primarily tourists? We won’t return.More

We were a group of six and were mostly ignored. We had to clear the table and wait for service. The staff did not provide menus without prompting. I ordered the kale salad which had no dressing and had to ask for a fork to...eat it. I asked for a small dish of dressing and waited. Finally I went inside to ask again and the server admitted he forgot. The staff needs better training on customer service.More

We had lunch with salads/sandwich and two beers for 101.00!! WHAT?? So over priced for mediocre food. Service was poor. My husband asked to change his fries to salad...waitress actually took time to ask his salad dressing preference, and then proceeded to bring him fries!...We just chuckle. I guess it may be COVID.More

Have been here many times as locals, lunch, dinner and holidays. It has always been good. Tonight was a disappointment!! $65 per plate (which is fine if it was worth it)! Advertised as the main dish being a Cornish game hen, not part of a...Cornish game hen. The amount of meat on the plate was absurd and not even enough to feed a child, it was disguised by being mounded with sides. A green bean casserole topped with canned crispy onions (purchased from the grocery store), mashed potatoes and a slice of undercooked sweet potato topped with half melted mini marshmallows. Dessert was a choice of overcooked bread pudding or pumpkin pie (also purchased, not made) Both served cold with ice cream. Our waitress was sweet and nice enough to realize that my husband was less than satisfied with his meal and had it taken off the bill. We observed several plates go back less than half eaten. You can do better!!!!More

If you're looking for great food, service and an amazing ocean view, this is the place for you! The staff, from the moment we walked in, was super friendly. They were helpful without being obtrusive. The food came out fast and I can't even tell...you how delicious everything was. It was all just top notch. The view of the sun setting over the water was nothing short of mesmerizing and was the perfect end to a wonderful dining experience. PS - Try the swordfish!!More

So glad we came here. The food was absolutely delicious and fresh. We got the crab dip, Caesar salad, filet, swordfish, and bread pudding for dessert. Everything was top notch and we devoured it all! Definitely recommend the swordfish and crab dip!

This is such a welcoming place with amazing food, beautiful view and a variety of drinks. Tiffany was my bartender and she made me feel so at home/ an instant friend. There was live music by a young lady that was so easy to listen...to, I really enjoyed my visit. Lovely place, fun mix of locals and visitors which makes it interesting!More
