A charming French restaurant on the Naples marina, Chez Boet offers a rich menu of French dishes augmented by several Moroccan Tagines. The ambiance is on the upscale side, service is cheerful and efficient and the food is excellent. We enjoyed the pate Maison, the...Seafood Soup, the Seafood tagine and the Scallops. All were presented and prepared very well. The wine menu complements the food menu. Price is consistent with quality. A very good value.More

An absolutely lovely dining experience in Old Naples. The food and preparation is out of this world which along with the cozy and friendly atmosphere make it a place which I often return to. Owners Phillippe & Lisa Boet are always happy to see you...and our waiter Therry felt like he was so nice you kind of wish that he was actually dining with you. Along with live music you must take the time to go and enjoy a wonderful night.More

I don’t love French restaurants. I’ve had wonderful experiences with French bakeries and breakfasts at French gites but most restaurants in France have been a disappointment. Therefore I was reluctant to choose this restaurant for Sunday night dinner but the selection was very slim to...meet both diner’s wants. Additionally I had forgotten my Covid mask at the hotel and was reluctant to go back for it. My friend entered the restaurant first and asked if they had an extra mask for her friend who forgot one. Owner Philippe, said we needn’t worry about wearing a mask as they had done much research on masks and concluded they didn’t do a lot to reduce Covid and I was welcome to come in without. Thrilled to have a warm and genuinely friendly welcome into the restaurant, we happily took the curved sofa booth he offered us in the back corner. My friend had explained we didn’t need the back corner for romance but upon seeing the table setting, I eagerly claimed it because it was lovely and adorable. Owner Phillipe was so warm, Witty and charming that by the time we had sat at our table we felt like we had really met a new friend. He was a delight! Wife and fellow owner, Lisa, came by our table later in the evening and she was just as delightful. It is easy to see their passion and love for good food and truly making every dinner enjoyable. We also visited with a cook? From Minnesota who lives in Naples now. What great staff! The highlight of the evening for me was a lentil walnut salad. So delicious! Lentils, goat cheese, walnuts, a few veggies, light vinaigrette. I dream of having a container of it in my fridge so I can grab a scoop of it everyday for lunch. The seafood soup was so delicious and creamy. Flavor and texture of the Beef bourguignon was comforting and homey. Warm French bread and creamy sweet butter made everyone happy. I wish I had room for dessert but I wasn’t able to finish my Bourguignon and veggies.More

This is a wonderful, intimate environment (yet not pretentious) with fabulous country French food. Lisa and Philippe really care bout presenting an incredible dining experience. Like most of their clientele, we’ve been regulars since they opened. We’ve never been disappointed.

Just arrived home from an outstanding dinner with friends at Chez Boet. Restaurants in Naples are just beginning to re-open during the covid19 pandemic, practicing reduced capacity and social distancing. This has always been one of our favorite restaurants, who have rarely let us down....Tonight was no exception....four of us had different dinners, seafood tangine ; lamb tangine; snapper en papillote; and salmon. Without question, the food was superbe and the service outstanding, including a nice welcome from the owner, Lisa Boët.More

When we heard that restaurants could open, I called immediately to get a reservation at Chez Boet. Many others must have done the same thing because I was lucky to get a reservation on their first open night during the pandemic. Lisa greeted us at...the door and we could tell that she was as happy to be working and open as we were to dine there. There were people sitting outside, and we were given a choice of tables inside. We chose one near the window. Throughout our dinner, guests were seated with a table apart. The food was delicious and the service was spectacular. It was so nice to be able to go out to dinner after such a long time and to have everyone so happy to be working and serving.More

Like most, we have been cooking at home during the Covid-19 pandemic and doing our best to observe social distancing to bring this hardship to an end as soon as possible. Beyond carefully getting groceries once a week, we have tried to support our favorite...restaurants by purchasing gift certificates to be used once this is over and by occasionally ordering takeout. Last evening, we picked up from Chez Boet, my favorite restaurant in Naples, a wonderful canard roti dinner and enjoyed it later on our lanai. It was as great as it looks in the photo. But equally as fine was the fact that Lisa and Philippe came outside to deliver us our meal and to chat with us about how the restaurant is dealing with all this, while the four of us observed CDC approved distancing. Their name is on the place, and that personal touch inspires what makes it great.More

We visit Chez Boet each time we come to Naples. The welcome is consistently friendly and efficient. The room is comfortable and quiet, but not dull. The food, whilst not cutting edge, is consistently excellent and they are very sensitive to any allergies. And the...pricing is fair also! You cannot go wrong making a reservation there.More

I’ve been coming here for many years. Lisa and Philippe are warm hosts who genuinely love their restaurant and their clients. The food is always excellent. Two minor quibbles: they need to spruce up the menu. There has not been much change in many years....Let’s liven things up, shall we? The sides, the sides... please no more green bean-carrot-turnip-quinoa! You know you can create sides that are so much more interesting. But I will still come back. So will my friend who thinks the fish soup is the best she has ever tasted.More

Chez Boët is our favorite restaurant in Naples - and just about anywhere. Lisa and Phillipe, the owners, are so warm to their guests that you feel like your at a dear friends home. The menu is special - authentic French dishes, great appetizers and...salads - Escargot, Foie Gras, French Onion Soup, wonderful desserts and excellent service (ask for Steve). We look forward to our meals at Chez Boët.More

This restaurant is small and chic with a sophisticated clientele. It is not one bit stuffy. Be comfortable and happy with what you choose to wear as you are likely to see someone you know or would like to know.
