My husband and I dined at Bleu Provence last evening and we experienced the first good meal we had in Naples for the last two months. My beet/tomato carpaccio was excellent as was the pompano with gnocchi.. My husband's sweetbreads also excellent. The service was very attentive without being intrusive. Loved the ambiance of the room: Cote d'Azurish and tables... More

We love Bleu Provence. This time, without. Reservation, I sat in the cozy bar in the back of the house. We had drinks - very good - and then contemplated our next steps. We ordered a beer salad, followed by pate and tuna tartare. We had Branzino and split the mussels. So good. Highly recommend.

First time this season.tuna tartare was excellent ,but the mussels and frites were not the usual. Previously they roasted them and they had a smoky overtone that was incredible. The place was very noisy and it made it difficult to converse. Also I felt it was somewhat overpriced.

I get it that a restaurant needs to prioritize. Food needs to come WHAT? But I never understand why a restaurant can't pay attention to the level of noi... WHAT DID YOU SAY? I mean when you have to shout across the HUH? The cassoulet was very good but SAY THAT AGAIN? And the service handbook must say "The customer... More

Our party of 6 had an unpleasant experience celebrating a special occassion--in spite of the delicious food. The restaurant was loud, too loud for conversation, and our server had an unhelpful attitude from the start. When I was served my entree as an appetizer, I approached her to tell her that I thought I had been unclear or that there... More

This lovely location, away from busy Fifth Ave., was a respite for us after a busy day. Our waitress provided beautiful descriptions of the food and guided our wine selections. We two couples shared appetizers of foie gras and the pan seared Mussels. We then enjoyed various salads. Our seafood entrees were superb!!..... (I devoured the Mediterranean Sea Bass!). The... This restaurant is just what we were looking for on a warm evening in Florida. The weather was a bit cool, but not on the outdoor patio at Bleu Provence. The food was excellent, the setting was beautiful, and the service was outstanding. Their wine and cocktail list was impressive and well priced. We would definitely go back.

Prior to our vacation in Naples, my wife and I asked around for a nice place to eat while our six month old stayed in with her grandparents. Bleu Provence came highly regarded, so we booked it and we're very excited, as we love French cuisine. We arrived and were seated within five minutes of our reservation, and were promptly... More

We had a lovely Valentine's meal here, but I must say this place is clearly not a 5 star joint. Our salads, the French Tarte Flambée with Crème Fraîche, Cheese & Bacon for me, and the Périgourdine Salad with Preserved Duck Breast Slices, Foie Gras & Carmelized Apple for my wife were the highlights of the meal. They were wonderful... More

The restaurant is extremely charming and very reminiscent of the French countryside with it's wicker furniture and décor. One of the diners in our party has a gluten issue which was indicated on our reservation. Our server was right on top of this and made sure that she knew what menu items could be prepared gluten free. She ordered the... More
