Since I was staying at the hotel, my friends and I decided to eat here since it's located inside Hilton hotel. Crab cake was good, but stone crab was just average. The service was slow even though it wasn't busy that night.

We visit restaurants constantly all over the world. TJ is the best waiter we have ever had. His service is outstanding. Yeah...we are demanding...and we know what we want. He perfectly accommodated our requests. Thanks Shula's and Thank you, TJ!

Since we are staying at the hotel, Shula's is the go to place for breakfast for us. While we expected a pedestrian experience, the opposite was true. The ambiance is old style steakhouse style with Sinatra music in the background. Linen tablecloths and nice settings create a nice upscale vibe. All of the staff we encountered on our days here... Something went wrong from the very first. We were on time for our 12 pm reservation for Easter and we were not seated because the dining room was not ready. Living in Naples year round our expectations were that this restaurant might be our special occaison go to place. Not ever, service was good but the food was awful. Our... More

Soup was served without spoons. Wrappers from straws and bread was still on the table when we left. Wait between appetizer and main course one hour. Food OK at best. Coffee was also served without spoons. Whole thing a forgettable evening.

Everything was as it should be. Caleb, our server was hospitable, attentive, and delightful. The food was perfect. The crab cakes are all crab and I don't know how they can make steak taste that way. The best.

The restaurant has a decent decor, nothing exceptional. There is a separate room for large groups. The service was efficient. The wines and food are quite pricey. The beef is good quality and prepared as ordered but not WOW. The sides were cold. The shrimp cocktail was fresh and the tomato and mozzarella was interesting and tasty.

My wife and I have been here several times. It's a bit pricey and service is sometimes dicey. However, the steaks are good. Although we lived very close to this restaurant for 15 years, we only went there twice.

Food was OK to good. Bartender/server Eric was terrible. He was more interested in flirting with his co-workers/waitresses that serving the customers at the bar.

The atmosphere is nice for both breakfast and Happy Hour. Some of the items on the menu are not as they are described. For example, the "poached eggs" actually come w/ Hollandaise sauce and potatoes, though those are not listed. The eggs and potatoes were quite good; the sauce not so much.

The theme for Shula's Steak House is a virtual museum of the 1972 Miami Dolphins' 17-0 perfect season, the NFL's only unbeaten team. The decor includes pictures and game balls from the '72 season. The menus are hand painted on NFL footballs then personally hand signed by Coach Shula himself.

The restaurant's reputation has been built on serving the "biggest and the best", which includes Premium Black Angus Beef. The menu features generous portions, including a signature 48-ounce porterhouse steak.
