A year round Naples resident for 16 years, I've enjoyed many of the restaurants in town but hands down, my favorite Polish restaurant is European Bakery & Café. You receive the personal touch, being greeted and served by the owners Marta and Hubert. I've tried everything on the menu over the years but my favorite dishes are the perogies and... More

I have lunch here every few months. Today, I introduced some friend (who are Polish) to this little treasure. potato pancakes and pierogies are my favorites and they were outstanding as usual. My friends tried the stuffed cabbage (sorry don't know how to spell"galumpkies"!). Also excellent. Our hostess (I think she is the owner) was gracious, accommodating and fun. She... More

First of all, remember folks you do not have to go to Europe to see a real, little, charming restaurant just here. In heart of one of the most beautiful cities in the world- NAPLES. Trust me, you can see very similar, with the same great atmosphere and unique ambience restaurants in Munich, Vienna, Prague, Paris, Florence or anywhere in... More

About a week ago, was mine and Elizabeth Seventh Wedding Anniversary. We decided to celibrate it in our most favorite restaurant in Naples, "European Bakery & Cafe". This restaurant is a very special place for us, because we went there on our first date eight years ago. Elizabeth and I sat at a round, beautiful romantic table in the corner.... More

They don't take credit cards . We had to use cash only! Pretty good food but overpriced , homemade polish food . I enjoyed the atmosphere which is very private like my grandmas house.

Based on the TripAdvisor reviews, we had high expectations. Too high, as it turns out. First, my wife's family is Russian, I've had lots of Russian-Polish style food and this was nothing to write home about. The food wasn't bad - it just wasn't anything that amazing. It was, however, overpriced. For lunch at$15-$20 per plate, I expect more. The... More

Dining in this little, charming restaurant is always a great experience for me and now for my friends too. Four of us entered this a very unique cafe about a week ago.Greeted warmly as usual by Marta, we had ordered: meatballs, small stuffed cabbage (good enough for one person), potato pancakes and mixed pierogies. All the dishes were excellent, which... More

The food is fresh and delicious and the couple who own it are so sweet. The pierogies, especially the sauerkraut ones, are great, the mushroom soup is so yummy and the potato pancakes are to die for!

Small, adorable old country feel. Their pierogies are just like I remember when my grandma use to make them. Stuffed cabbage is flavorful, and tender. Pastries are also tasty. You must stop in!

Absolutely enjoyed our visit to this lovely restaurant. We enjoyed potato pancakes, pierogis, and stuffed cabbage. However, we were charged a little over $13.00 for ONE small stuffed cabbage with a side of mashed. We felt that was a bit much for that! Otherwise the food was excellent. Martha was very friendly and attentive to our needs.
