We ate there this last Sunday night. It wasn't busy, probably because it was Sunday night. We were a table of 11 so it took us a bit to get the seating right. They were gracious about letting us re-arrange the tables. The portions were generous and the food was quite good. My husband and I shared a small Greek... More

Frequented by locals this true Italian restaurant serves good food. Not piled high as some places do but just sufficient for a fine meal. Seldom any parking in front, park in the rear.

Their food is pretty good. My particular favorite is the linguine with white clam sauce. The place looks old but the service is very good. Good neighborhood eatery.

We dined here on a Friday night. The restaurant was very busy, and the live musician was a little loud for the small space. It was difficult to talk above the music. The food was OK, but not worth a return visit for us.

TWO WORDS: PEST CONTROL. Food tasted fresh with very good bruschetta and panini. My colleague had an eggplant parm that he reported was good. Quick service with a pleasant server. Wish I hadn't used the bathroom to see a dead roach, easily an inch and a half long. Right there. Impossible to miss. Really? Would rate this lower except food... More

Have gone to Sals for years for a decent pizza, only thing that saved it from a one star rating! It has been a while so I stopped by for dinner -- disappointing. Rolls were good, but it stopped there. Salad is 2 tomato slices and a heap of wilted greens, would it kill you to throw in a half... More

I try to visit local restaurants, I will always give them the benefit of the doubt. I won't make an exception here. That is why I give them one star instead of none. The food was plain, the service was extremely slow and non attentive. No water, no one asking if I need another drink of any kind for that... More

Today we decided to go out and eat and then when we entered we saw Angel and it was the best ever we could ever hope for. We felt like an angel had entered the room. He served us like we were kings and queens and he made us laugh he made us feel so welcome he has a beautiful... More

The food at Sal's is much better than the run-of-the-mill chain Italian restaurants and the portions are generous and hearty. A lot of variety spices their menu. You never go home hungry. A local favorite and I can see why. Be sure to stop in when you are in town. Well worth the trip.
