We recently visited Amici Trattoria and it was a true delight to sit there and admire the artwork on the walls and ceiling. There are also some other interesting pieces in the decor. The food was also very tasty. The service was friendly and efficient....I cannot wait to go back.More

Came for dinner with a friend, place has a new owner. Food was amazing and prices affordable and fair. The restaurant has a new look, really nice.

You can tell they are figuring things out changing menus and adjusting food and quality since they have taken over for the previously failing ownership! The new management has 25 years of Resturaunt and PizzAn work under thier belts . food and service were good..., the people that work thier very understanding , when my food came to the table the cheese was toasted / over cooked ... the offered to remake it and when it came out .. WOW ...... THEY REALLY PLEASED me and MY WIFE.. Sometimes in a busy Resturaunt things happen I know This I’ve been eating for 36 years LOL it’s how they handle fixing it that shows thier real potential Finding good employees is hard to DO if u have a bad plate or food always say something and watch how people work .. it will show their true nature We will be returning ... I was a regular until it was sold to someone else! The recipes and the food quality went down the drain! I used to order linguine Vongole and what was fresh mussels with a light sauce was changed to canned clams that tasted like cat...food! The portions were reduced and the service is horrible.. they don't even put fresh garlic on the garlic bread anymore! Never going back! I usually never write bad reviews but I had to for this one....More

The food is nothing fancy, but it has a good flavor. They were super friendly which made the experience that much better.

Been eating here for 2 years, always ordered the same pizza, went today and from 2 weeks prior they increased over $2.00 for the same pizza, not to mention it was awful, the crust was so hard it broke off on its own, I asked...for light cheese because the previous time was too soggy, this time I got hard crust and tomato sauce! Ordered to go via phone. They messed up the order. Me: I’d like lasagna, Pasta e Fagioli, garlic rolls, a cannoli, and red sauce on the side to go. HER: Cup or bowl of soup. ME: Cup HER: 3, 6, or twelve rolls ME: 3...Go get order.... ME: Is the red sauce in there? HER: Yes Get back to room. Bowl of soup, 6 rolls, no red sauce. I think she was trained by Panera. Lasagna tasted like it had wine in it. Pasta e Fagioli tasted like chicken noodle soup with a few white beans tossed in. Very average. Restaurants have only one job: “Provide the food I order.” They failed.More

This little gem of a restaurant is an excellent choice for a wonderful Italian meal. The portions are extremely large; enough for 2 to share, though they do charge an entree sharing charge ($3?). The sauce is homemade and delicious. They offer oven-baked options, including...ziti and ravioli. Chicken parm and eggplant parm were slightly salty, but very tasty. Dinners include salad and garlic knots, which were delicious. The parm dishes included a huge side of pasta. The pizza is thin crust and very tasty. Single slices are available. Lasagna was excellent. Highly recommend giving this a try.More

We needed lunch before heading to the Keys. Amici looks inviting from the outside, inside you find the food is great and pizza tastes just like back at home in Brooklyn. The staff is welcoming and most helpful.

Let's start with a nice salad and garlic rolls. You would think, yea a regular salad. The dressing was an Italian, oil and vinegar, that was very good. The tomatoes were the best I've had in a while. From Alabama. What? Who knew. Very crunchy...and tasty. The rolls were hot and garlicky. Thank goodness I'm by my self. I ordered the Lasagna, per the recommendation of the waitress. The plate arrived hot and looking good. That's kinda where the story ends. The Lasagna was pretty good. Not the best I've ever had and definitely not the worst. Just ok. I will be coming back to try some other dish. So, the service was excellent. The salad and rolls were really good. The lasagna, meh, ok. The plates were filling. But the question is, will i return.? Of course I will. I'm not complaining about the food. I just won't order the lasagna. Plenty of other stuff to try. I didn't even get to the dessert. As I said, the food was filling. Went there for dinner have the veal franchise. My wife same. My friend had chicken franchise. I had asked for Capers to be put on mine so I expected it to be just slightly salty with capers. I received the meal first off was disappointed...it was one very thin slice of veal. Secondly it was very very salty. I made a comment at the table and to my surprise my wife's meal and my friends meal both very very salty. We mentioned this to the waitress witched mentioned it to the owner their solution was to bring us some sauce with no salt in it after we were done with our meals. Needless to say I will not return.More

Stumbled upon this place by accident and glad I did. Was looking to get pizza with a friend but once we walked in and the smells (good ones) and I saw the menu we wanted full meals. Food was great, portion was big, loved the...garlic knots and salad was perfect size. Super friendly staff overall a great meal on a relaxing Sunday evening.
