I had the full order of Biscuits and Sausage Gravy and Scrambled Eggs. My meal was good, however one of my biscuits was so hard I could barely cut it with my fork and the gravy was nothing too special, very much like the packet gravy I mix up at home and as it cooled it became runny. My husband enjoyed his Sausage and Cheese Omelet which was full of sausage and cheese. He also had hash browns and a biscuit. Our server was good. Prices were reasonable.

The hungryman breakfast includes two eggs, has sausage and bacon, grits and toast or biscuit. An excellent value at a hometown restaurant.

Looking for a great place in Milton to have breakfast and Cisco's was recommended. It was a great place, but I think it has changed its fare to american. Amy was an exceptional server and made many recommendations from the breakfast menu. There was a lot of food and it was delicious

We ate breakfast at Cisco’s for the second time this morning since relocating here 4 months ago. We won’t be back. The food was mediocre at best. The hash browns were as dry as cardboard and looked like they had been under a heat lamp. The sausage and bacon were greasy. My scrambled eggs were barely above room temperature. To their credit, the rye toast and coffee were good. Our first visit a few weeks ago was was better - more like a B instead of a D like today.
But the coup de gras came when it was time to settle the tab. The bill for two was $20.17. I paid with my Wells Fargo debit card. Before signing I took a second look and there was a 90 cent Service Fee added to the total. No signage at the entrance or the register that I could see. It was just presumptuously put onto the receipt with no explanation. When I questioned it, I was told that it was to recover their costs for credit cards. I told the cashier that I wasn’t using a credit card, that I was using a debit card. And debit card fees are much lower for the merchant. Fees for debit cards are usually south of 1%. Even so, that’s a cost of doing business; much like liability insurance and accounting services. At this point I gave up the argument, as it wasn’t the cashier’s fault and she wasn’t understanding my objection.
Bottom line, it’s chintzy to charge this back to the customer. It’s worse that the fee is unadvertised and snuck onto the bill without explanation. It speaks volumes to the integrity of the owner. 90 cents certainly won’t hurt me, but it’s enough for me to say I won’t be coming back. There are plenty of other places in the Pensacola area to enjoy Saturday breakfast. And most of them have better food than Cisco’s.

I'm fairly certain I will pass up Taco Bell on any given day and feel a bit better about the Mexican food I had here but not by much. Servers were the best part of this restaurant.

Maybe this food is for you and your family, but not ours. No flavor in anything... We have tried breakfast and lunch and neither suited us. Nice people and good service, but not great food. The only redeeming thing is the huge pancakes that you get for breakfast!

I moved to Milton in 1986 and went to Cisco’s when it was next to Texas Roadhouse and another time after they moved to their present location. Neither was very good at all. I remember cold refried beans when they had Mexican food and the LAST time I went the cream came out in one solid hunk and plopped into my coffee, spilling hot coffee all over the table. I never went back after that.

All the years, that I lived, in Milton, this was my favorite breakfast place, so while visiting, last weekend, I took my little, 4 year old grandson, there, with me. I tried to get a coffee refill, for 10 minutes, without success, and when I finally got it, I had to take my grandson, to the restroom, and while we were gone, they took our plates, with food remaining, on them, away. They said, that they thought we were finished, even though they left my coffee, my grandson's chocolate milk, and the check, on the table. I've never felt so rushed, in a restaurant, in my life. The men's restroom was the most disgusting one, that I've ever seen, in a restaurant, in my 74 years. Toilet and urinal overflowing, and no paper towels! I'll never set foot, in that place, again!

I decided to stop for breakfast on my way out of town. There were number of cars there so gave it a try.
I ordered eggs, home fries, the meat variety of bacon, sausage and ham plus a biscuit. The eggs were ok but the home fries tasted a few days old. The biscuit tasted pre-made or frozen - more like a roll instead of a biscuit. Coffee was OK.
I used the restroom before I left. Very dirty. If I had used prior to eating I would not have stayed.
This place needs a good cleaning and new cooks.

This is a long established family owned restaurant, and normally we eat breakfast here. The other night, we went for dinner, and had a delicious fried fish meal! First time for dinner, but it won't be the last!

We decided to go and try Cisco's Restaurant in Milton again since the fire. The staff is friendly and they seem to know the people that come in by name. Who doesn't love that? We ordered breakfast and have to say it was as if grandma made it. I really love the small town feel and taste. Thank you for staying true to the old days of cooking a great filling breakfast.

Tried it finally....not so impressed. Ordered a omelet, home fries with a biscuit. The home fries were not appetizing looking and not so tasty either. It was just ok.

I honestly only visit for the breakfast so im unsure of the quality of lunch or dinner. The breakfast is VERY reasonably priced and you can fill up whether you are barely hungry or starving for around $10 or less(Primarily less). The food is very good and has a real Home cooked taste.
