The pizzas are best when the main pizza chef is working. As if he is there and if not order a pasta. Very reasonable prices.

You will not be disappointed. First time there was like dining with old friends. Alessandro the owner and chef is amazing. One of the best pasta dishes I’ve had. Simple but full of flavor. Clearly made with love. We were treated beautifully. If you don’t...want a bad tourist trap come here. You will not regret it. I can’t wait to come back and try the pizza. Grazie grazie grazie Alessandro. You really made a special evening for my wife and I.More

Food is really Italian, basically because it is prepared by Italianos. They are friendly and ready to help. They even prepared something for me right before closing.

I had the pasta alfredo which tasted good but after about an hour I started to feel super sick. They must’ve used bad chicken or the cream sauce because I had problems for the whole day. The waitress was also a bit strange and on...the day we went they could only serve pasta. I dont know if it was just us with the bad experience but i would’t recomend the place!More

I tried the prosciutto and mushrooms pizza and it was really good. I also tried the homemade tiramisu, which was amazing. Overall the food was great and the staff was very friendly.

Went here for a midday lunch. Great place to sit by street and people watch. The staff was super helpful in explaining what options were vegan on the menu. Everyone loved their food in our group. Prices were decent for the area.

We had the tagliere di affettati for 1 person. It's enough for 2. It was perfect! The focaccia that came with it was freshly baked. The meats and cheese were good. Their olive oil is of high quality! We were here in may 2017 and...now again. The quality was the same. Min The music is loud They don't speak or understand English very good so that have us some mixed ups. But no worries. The tagliere already has focaccia with it but it does not say in the menu so we ordered one separate and that was too much. One of the best Italian restaurants we've been to.More

Italymania is on Collins Ave, one block back from Ocean Drive, and is all the better for it. Specialising in pizza and pasta, the restaurant is simple, and the prices are lower than what you’d pay a few yards further west. We never saw it...busy, and in early evening I think you can be reasonably sure of a seat without a reservation. Seating is exterior only, on a verandah raised from the sidewalk, and separated from it by a low hedge, so there’s a lot of street noise, but plenty of people watching to do as you have your meal. On our two visits, service was friendly and fast, and the pizzas are very tasty indeed. Only negative was that one night that the pizza bases were a bit more burnt than is ideal, but it didn’t prevent us from finishing them off. We weren’t inclined to linger for desserts or coffee. Recommended if you want a quick, tasty meal in a place with no pretensions of grandeur, and you don’t mind or want that bustling sidewalk atmosphere.More
