I have been to Sardinia for dinner or lunch and always loved it, this time we tried the Happy Hour, I would say that it was so so, drinks are good and well-priced, the bites I have a few comments. We ordered the Polpettine (veal...meatballs, braised fennel) the description is plural, both in Italian and in English but, you only get ONE polpettina/meatball, I think you should correct the menu as written as it is customers will expect more than one, nevertheless, it was very good but maybe you should have at least 2. The Tagliere del Salumiere, very disappointing, for $ 12 not much on it, very little food, not worth it and, nothing special while the Mozzarella Tasting was great in value and taste. We ordered from the regular menu a full size of the Gnocchi Verdi with Lamb Sugo, very good too. I have always liked the food and the ambiance so I would recommend it but, I think you should correct your menu where it is misleading, I believe the waiter said that also the Arancini, again plural in Italian and English, it is only one piece. @sardiniaristorante For more of my favorite restaurants and places follow me on my Facebook page Naddia’s Favorites or on Instagram @naddias_favoritesMore

Unexpectedly good regional cuisine from Sardinia. The ribeye cooked in the oven was seriously tasty. Also the ravioli or fregoletta were enjoyable. Quite far from home but this is definitely approved.

We had a nice evening here. The service was friendly and attentive but the timing was somewhat off. Had to wait for everyone to get served. The portions were generous and tasty. The veal Milanese was excellent and the mussels were great. I had the...scallops and the basil salad that came with it was wonderful. Very casual restaurant and can get loud. Good fun.More

Hit it right, it`s fine; hit it wrong, which is most of the time, not so fine. Food came so late I left without eating the last time, but other meals have been ok, even better than ok. Tips: go early, probably better service and...less noisy. But best Italian left in area, so most folks, like Charlie Brown, will give it numerous chances. Pizza not made in kitchen, so more likely to get it in normal wait time. What can I say, can be pleasant and pretty good when it wants to be. Too bad that isn`t that often.More

Food tastes different when it's being served from a messup who couldn't care less about her job. Our initial champagne order came when our meal came (which was supposed to be red wine by then), and no amendments made or offered. Waitress had a bitchy...attitude the whole time acting like we were the impatient Americans when in fact her manager came out to apologize AFTER EVERYTHING GOT MESSED UP. The food isn't worth the bad service, ok food, and mediocre wine list. We did complain bit they doubled up by trying to tell open table we were no shows. Ah, the benefits of photographing the receipt. Avoid. Go to casa tuaMore

Not really impressed with the place. Just average restaurant. Was there today for lunch. We had the steak tartar to start. It was just “ok”. Paella with sea food for main was very good. I highly recommend it. I really didnt like the atmosphere. It...was too serious. Wait stuff also looked bored. If you are in the mood for Italian, there are way better places in the city.More
