Every time I come to Florida I eat at a Pollo Tropical. Their chicken platters are good, the yellow rice is good and their Tropi Chop bowls are good too. There customer service varies from location to location.

Wasn't overly impressed in any way. The food was average and not worth what it was, and after this found much better options for similar prices.

My favorite part was the sauce station with literally 15 different sauces to go with your chicken. My favorites were pineapple rum and cilantro garlic.... More

Food is really good for a fast food restaurant. The chicken was fresh and moist. the rice was even nicely cooked. Great price and nice portions

I ate at the Pollo Tropical branch in the Little Havana section of Miami. I had the pork tropichop. Just extremely satisfying and excellent. It had pork, rice, black beans (or as I always called them growing up "Cuban beans.") and vegetables. I added a few of their fantastic sauces and that "topped" it off! When I got my order... More

Ordered Caribbean ribs, 1/4 chicken, rice and beans and started with the chicken soup. Soup: was good except the huge pieces of plantains that filled half of my cup. Ribs: was yummy Chicken: was pre over cooked and dry Rice and beans: pretty Ok Might go back but not to this branch.

Everything is cooked right in front of you, there's usually a little line but once you order it doesn't take much for the food to be ready. if you are looking for some cheap homemade food feeling this is the place

To feed a hungry family we chose Pollo Tropical and it was ok and in our opinion a better alternative than nearby fast food places.

We were referred here by the Intercontinental Miami hotel guest check in. This place was reasonably priced and was so good. Very busy but the wait was short. Can't wait to go back!
