This was our first visit to a Cuban restuart and we couldnt be happier with the food and our waiter, Alberto MKB. All of Alberto's suggestions were spot on for our meal. He made our dining experience a memorable evening. From the appetizers to our main course, the food was delicious, authentic and left us with empty plates and no... More

Right so this was the first time I tried Cuban food so I can't say it's the best as I have nothing to compare it to BUT I have to say it tasted amazing. The staff were friendly and welcoming and to be honest it was great. The food was packed with flavour and had so much quality ingredients well... More

My family and I had a great lunch at Yuca. We shared few appetizers and the paella everything was really tasty! The mojitos were refreshing and unique. Our server Nicolas was nice and attentive. we'll be back.

Amazing homemade black bean burger and wonderful yucca fries. Great happy hour even on the weekend. Awesome customer service. This is no. 1 place to visit on my next trip to Miami.

I've been to Miami many times and even lived here for a brief period yet I had never walked into this place. The atmosphere was good for a bunch of guys to hang out and chill. Gotta try the oxtail. Don't leave without doing so!

Our server was Nicolas D. He tried to push drinks on us three times when all we wanted to start with was water since it was so hot outside. I guess in his head he immediately classified us as a 'cheap table' and his face and demeanor showed it. I asked for water with no ice, he ignored the request.... More

We moved out of S.Fla almost 13 yrs ago. This past week we were back in the area and had the opportunity to spend an evening on Lincoln Road. Luckily we found a parking garage right by Yuca. Personally I had my fingers-crossed that Yuca was still good. We were not disappointed. There are lots of great food spots on... More

Due to a very aggresive "seller" I chose to give this place a chance. I ordered what was supposed to be a cuban dish,, which was named Ropa Vieja Angus - which was slow braised angus beef, in addition I ordered a Mojito which was sold to me as one of the best in Mimai. The dinner was okay, although... More

Description
YUCA, an acronym for Young Urban Cuban-Americans, is widely known as being South Florida's original upscale Cuban restaurant featuring Innovative Nuevo Latino Cuisine or as the locals call it "Nuevo Latino." This style of cooking includes traditional Latin ingredients such as a plethora of textures, colors, and flavors that when combined creates a cuisine that is unique to anything offered outside of the Caribbean and Latin America.
