Visited this restaurant and enjoyed the cozy, fresh,light, and airy restaurant. 5/5. We parked next door in a business office paid parking garage.5/5 There’s covered outdoor patio seating facing the street as well as 2 separate restaurant spaces for dining inside. Women’s restroom is clean with one toilet. 5/5 All orders are placed at the counter near the door and you’re given an order number stand for table. This is a busy location and guests were constantly arriving during lunch time. A 15% service charge is added to order. Our entrees included perfect egg sandwich and toasted chicken wrap. Food did not disappoint. 5/5 I’ll surely return on my next visit.

The highlight of the experience was the beautiful decoration and their sandwich with egg, arugula and mildly spicy sauce!

First time eating at this restaurant chain! I loved the setting, the options on the menu. The flavors are very good. They offer fresh water for self-service, fresh and packaged juices. That morning we ordered a croissant filled with Nutella, exquisite, as well as a sandwich with bagel bread and egg (and other ingredients that I don't remember), but the best thing about the sandwich is the mildly spicy sauce that accompanies it. We also ordered some lattes, delicious... they were not outstanding compared to the food. The only bad thing to mention is that we ordered an acai bowl, which was delayed because the man who took the order forgot to ask the kitchen for it. When it arrived I could enjoy the rich flavor, but it is not the best. I hope to come back soon! I'm going to dream about that sandwich and its sauce.

Tasty if somewhat bougie breakfast options, but crazy expensive relative to Australian cafes. We ate here due to the walking proximity to the Wyndham Grand hotel, but probably only because there were no other options in a more reasonable price range nearby. I'd recommend the breakfast wrap.

Left A Bad Taste in My Mouth, Literally.

Ordered the (seriously overpriced) salmon mango bowl. Everything looked fresh and beautiful but the salmon was bad. It was dry (OK it happens...) but worse it tasted fishy liek it had gone past its prime. My waiter was great, and even though his English wasn't that good, he offered to get me a new piece of salmon for my bowl (cooked well done was his suggestion, but again I'm not sure he knew why I was returning it). Sure enough, the new piece tasted as bad as the first. Not my waiter's fault, and I thanked him for his help (and tipped him again on top of the existing tip). But here's the thing: no one from management or the kitchen ever came out, apologized or offered me anything (free dessert?). Are they just serving bad fish and hoping no one will notice? They sure took my money. in NYC we have real resturants with real service ethics. To me this is far worse than getting a bad piece of fish for lunch. And before the owner gets on here with some nonsense, I eat salmon all the time, it is one of my favorite foods. I have NEVER had worse, anywhere. If you are going to charge $36 with "service fees" etc you should assume your clientele has probably had salmon before. A little dry, sure... but BAD? No. Just. No.

Nice Ambiance but Pricey Bland Food

If you're looking for a spot with vibrant décor and perfect lighting for your Instagram feed, Pura Vida Miami in Royal Palm Beach delivers. The ambiance is bright, lively, and undeniably beautiful, making it a prime location for photo ops. However, my recent lunch experience left much to be desired. Despite the inviting atmosphere, the prices were shockingly high. My friend and I ordered two salads and two bottled waters, and the total came out to a staggering $72. The steep bill left us both with raised eyebrows. I opted for the Greek salad, hoping for a refreshing dish to match the atmosphere. While the salad itself was decent, the roasted salmon I added to it was disappointingly dry and bland. It failed to elevate the flavors as expected. While I appreciate the aesthetic appeal of Pura Vida Miami, I can't justify returning solely for the social media content. The place is undoubtedly cute, but the overall experience doesn't match the hefty price tag. If you're in the area and craving aesthetics over substance, this might be the spot for you. Otherwise, you might want to explore other options.

Beware of extra fees

The food is good, and the restaurant is beautiful. However, we were charged a $12 fee on top of already overpriced food. My husband and I each ordered a breakfast sandwich and a tea, and our bill was $60. While I do not mind paying for good food, the sneaky $12 fee for no reason is ridiculous. Additionally, the check out screen prompted a tip in addition to the $12 fee. We will not be returning.

I’m a disappointed customer today after I picked up my bagel, and it didn’t have cream cheese- no problem, after going back, pointing it out, I was brought a tiny container of cream cheese rather than a new bagel done right. A 10$ bagel and being a very regular and loyal customer?? This should’ve been the assumed, not lazy, correct thing to do. I was then given attitude for looking a little shocked. I often defend the poor customer service, absurd prices, and the fact that nothing is fresh or made in house anymore as so very advertised. Yikes.

More about esthetics than food

The restaurant is beautiful and the staff is friendly. However you go for the esthetics and not the quality of the food. Although everything is served as pictured online the food is RIDICULOUSLY expensive and average. If it's your first time visiting the restaurant knowing where or how to order is confusing. In addition there is tip/gratuity added to your bill that you cannot opt out of. This is added whether you are a seated guest or takeout customer. I can now say that I have experienced Pura Vida,but don't have to go again.

I was torn between one star or five. The food was good but over 40 dollars for a light breakfast for two was outside of my usual economic comfort zone. The Avo/salmon toast was very tasty. My wife's omelette [apparently a new edition] was okay [I had a taste] but at some point the high price point becomes difficult to ignore. When my wife asked for butter she was told none was available. Fair enough: it is a health focused restaurant and apparently someone decided butter was a bridge too far. As a coffee addict I am accustom to having a second cup at local breakfast restaurants gratis. Not so here. Okay. I understand. Healthy food for a healthy price is what you will find here. I will be back but not often. The food was fine; but 40 dollars for a very light breakfast gave me pause.

We were lucky when we arrived and found a table outside . Our son and his wife and granddaughter came within 15 minutes/ everyone wanted the 2 extra chairs ! Very busy location . My son and my husband went inside to order and then when it’s ready they bring it to the table ( they give us a number to put on the table ). We ordered 2 Avocado 🥑 smash , one with over easy side egg , a walnut banana bread . Looks like a large muffin. Fruit salad with Greek yogurt and granola. And an egg sandwich with turkey bacon . And of course coffees . A

The food was just ok, not as good as previous visit. Also dismayed that I was charged an automatic service fee of 10%, when it was takeout, not able to visualize bill until I received the food. Was once really good but now unfortunately on a downward trend.

I thought it would be challenging to find a place like this in Miami after trying a few spots with expensive but unsatisfying food. However, our friends recommended Pura Vida, and we came here without hesitation after hearing how much they loved it. And we loved it too. This was our first of three visits to different locations of Pura Vida. Firstly, it's incredibly photogenic, and you might spend several minutes wandering around and photographing your food. Secondly, the food is really fresh and delicious. Some dishes might lack flavor because the ingredients are simple, fresh, and healthy. So, if you're looking for something more substantial or with a bolder taste, you might feel like something is missing here. However, I enjoyed both the food and the beautiful aesthetic decor of this lovely place. I will definitely come back again ❤️

2 dollars for a 1/3 of a lime! Ridiculous!

I am a frequent client at Pura Vida, despite having ridiculous, high prices in their menu. When I ordered to have my meal delivered and asked naively for a lime instead of the sauce that comes with the empanada they charged me 2 dollars, not even half of a lime. That’s the most ridiculous price I have ever paid for a lime that as per my understanding was supposed to be for free, since I had it in the past with no cost. Overpriced and terrible customer service!

Second favorite place in South Beach, health food, salads, bowls and super food; vegetarian and vegan options, what we were looking for in Miami. There are several restaurants in the chain, in July we saw that they would open one at also on Collins in the new year. Absolutely recommended.
