I stopped by with a group of friends (including a "just married" couple) and we were lucky enough to even experience Mariachis!

While in South Beach, my daughter and I were on a Culinary Food Tour which we booked through Viator. Bolivar was the first stop on the tour. We tried two foods and two drinks. We had the ceviche and empanadas with columbian beer and columbian cream soda. The ceviche is tasty and flavorful. I recommend it.

A waitress at our hotel suggested bolivar for great South American food, well she was right! It was the absolute best meal we had all week! Very welcoming, hip and comfortable for even us Middle Agers.

Great South American food located a block east of Collins Ave, cool looking decor. Service staff pleasant and charming. A must have is the Daisy Empanadas which contains tasty ground beef with gravy, delicious.

I found the Bandeja Paia (grilled platter of steak, pork belly, caramelised plantains, red beans, rice, fried egg and corn cake) very interesting although had trouble with the pork and steak as it was very dry and overcooked to my taste. My wife ordered chicken wings,... More

Very nice Latin American location. Food was very good for a reasonable price. Very friendly staff. That day was live music. Very positive is that there is no frickin cold air conditioning like in other American restaurants 😉

Found this place on a whim and it was amazing. It was our first time having colombian food and it was amazing. Reading the reivews now I wish we went back for dinner and some entertainment.
