Had the "top 5" panning and a mango smoothie, and both were delicious. The mozzarella tasted do fresh almost like they make it themselves (...maybe they do? I didn't ask). But the staff was lovely and kind and the atmosphere was welcoming and artsy-nice!!

Pinocchio quickly became our go-to location for a morning coffee and an afternoon jolt of caffeine. Small and very nice establishment. Feels European. Friendly staff.

Stopped by on a walk through the Art Deco district and this is a very authentic Italian experience. The decor, the owner, very Italian and excellent coffee. Perfect spot for a coffee or sandwich in the Art Deco district.

This is my favorite place for an espresso or a morning cappuccino with a croissant in South Beach. Completely recommend this place! It's a little slice of Italy just off Ocean Drive. A real Italian Cafe perfect for breakfast or small lunch. The staff is amazing and I’m always happy to see Lorenzo . Best Espresso, Cappuccino, Croissants and Panini... More

Just two steps out of the artificial and annoying ocean drivers found this beautiful and delicious place. We only had coffee and cake and both were amazing! Could be easily my favorite spot in Miami.

Visited this deli having seen reviews and very pleased we did. Having run the gauntlet of the cafes on Ocean Drive trying to get us to eat there it was lovely to just go round the corner to this place. We had lovely freshly made paininis and coffee whilst listening to good music and in no time the cafe was... More

We nipped in here on returning from a walking tour of the Art Deco district for a panini and coffee one lunchtime. However, that wasn't to be our only visit; the tasty sandwich and fabulous coffee compelled our return. Also, and more so, I was shown the best attendance when I bought an apple in Pinocchio. My apple- and how... More

Simple, genuine, healthy and freshly prepared dishes. So relieved to have found this place, is the polar opposite of many places on ocean drive.

Authentic environment, coffee was lacking somewhat. Missing boldness, and flavor. Thinking the barista equipment was not top notch as well.

There aren't many noted eateries in the part of South Beach around 7th-8th Street, but this little place just off Ocean Drive on 8th Street is well worth the time if you're in the area. It's a proper Italian cafe run by Italians and it seems often patronised by local Italian-Americans. They do lovely breakfasts, pastries and cakes and are... More

It's a small italian cafe, not on the main road that offers fresh brewed coffee with a variety of croissants, danishes just deliicious that the wife and kids enjoyed.
It was a great experience having breakfast in there for a couple of times and the atmoshere is just simlpe but very friendly.
