We are a brand-new restaurant located in the heart of Lincoln Rd with over 25 years of experience from our parent restaurant located in Española Way. My husband surprised me with this restaurant on the first night of our trip. We’ve been to Miami Beach several times and always enjoy the Lincoln mall area. We had a reservation for later but on the off chance we could be seated, went early and they were able to accommodate us outside. Decor was nice drinks were tasty. We consider ourselves guacamole aficionados and their recipe did not disappoint! Unfortunately, the nachos that went with it alternated between crispy and gummy. Once we were able to get the attention of our server, we brought this to him and he apologized saying they needed to cook longer and he would let the kitchen know. Subsequent batches were only slightly improved. The salsas that came were delicious. Once our food finally came, after what seemed like a bit too long of a wait, (the waiter did stop by once to say he would check on what was taking so long) I enjoyed my shrimp fajita and my husband seemed to like his tacos however when they came out, he said they weren’t very warm. Overall, we might try the spot again but with so many to choose from, it will be pushed down on the list. Noteworthy: we passed the location on South Beach which was set up for outdoors and looked absolutely adorable with the decor!

Our server, Becker, was awesome. He was friendly, attentive (but not in an annoying way) and just a fun and positive person. You must try their specialty salsas that they bring out before your meal, but beware if spicy isn't your thing. We had tacos and a pitcher of house margaritas - everything was delicious. They are located on an active strip with an abundance of boutique hotels and restaurants. The atmosphere is vibrant, has plenty of outdoor patio seating, and faces a nice green space with lots of palm trees - take a few more steps in that direction and you're on the beach. We enjoyed our dinner experience so much that we went back for lunch a couple days later before we had to head home. Go and get a great meal, and ask for Becker!

CervecerĂa de Barrio is a Mexican restaurant that has some staple dishes, but also a great selection of drinks and some Gerson-Cocktails speciality mixed by Jose at the bar , Their aguachiles and tacos items are the most ordered on the menu and for great reasons - they are both delicious. Service is pretty on point here and it is always very clean inside, although it gets busy constantly so prepare yourself for a wait if you haven't made a reservation. Tuna toast and shrimp skewers are also some great items on the menu that you should try. If you want to mix tacos just get the Molcajete Mixto.

Is my first time coming here. I was sat by the mánager itself Joyce who kindly explain me all about authentic dishes like tuna tostada aguachile pescadilla, yummyyyy. Our server Alejandro was súper nice and polite. The food was amazing, the music, ambience everything we love it!!! We will be back very soon!!!

You want a spice and and authenticity? You get that with the superb staff at La Cerveceria! And then you factor in the food!
Being a life long Mexican food connoisseur this place hit the spot.
Jose Gerson at the bar will listen to what you need and will taylor your meal to you’re desires and craving.
I told him my husband was late and I was a bit miffed... Jose suggested a jalapeño margarita and chilaquiles verde! Exactly what a girl needed when solo at the bar.
Will be back for more!

This was rated as the top Mexican restaurant in south beach. However, this place was horrible. The queso fundito was hard and was not able to eat out of the bowl. The tacos were brought out cold as well as the wrong type of tacos. Huge waste of money and definitely will not be returning. Taco Taco on Collins Ave is way better.

Happy hour doesn’t mean half size. An order of guacamole was served with 5 chips (and half the size of a normal order), nothing else. As someone who works in the restaurant industry, this place is terrible; happy hour means cheaper prices, not half size servings.We were planning on getting dinner but after this got the bill and left. I would recommend staying far, far away from this place.

The atmosphere was very good indoors (it had rained so weren't seated outside) - colourful interiors, music was fine.
We ordered a taco and quesidilla. The waitress asked "do you want chicken or beef or mixed". I assumed that these are included in the price of the taco, so asked what she recommended and took both. She didn't state that you can have the quesidilla by itself (which I would have preferred).
The beef taco tasted odd - this is likely because we haven't had a "traditional" taco before and the bean sauce/mixture thing with rice was, to us, inedible due to the taste (likely as we had never had it before, though we do eat at restaurants fairly frequently).
The quesidalla was average, and came with shrimp (which I thought was strange, though assumed that's how they make them in Mexico), chicken and not much beef.
We were surprised by the bill - 6 dollars for added shrimp, 4 dollars for added chicken and 6 dollars for added beef. I dislike shrimp, and was not told that the other meats were additional extras (I would have preferred without).
The waitress took the shrimp off the bill. 20 percent service charge l, so no tip left (nothing exceptional in the service). She snatched away the payment device and left in a huff.
I blame myself for some of this as I should have perhaps specifically asked if everything she was saying was an add on, however, this did not occur as she did not say "Do you want meat in your quesidilla" but "do you want chicken or beef". It stank of being scammed. Quesidilla and taco for 56 USD and a bad taste in our mouths.
I assume that for locals who know the food well and how the pricing works, they wouldn't have had such issues and could see through additional extras. Good luck.

This place has been one of my go to spots for many years. They always have affordable specials but whether they have decent specials it not, their prices are still affordable. The food is delicious, you never have to wait forever to be seated or have your order taken. The staff is nice specially GERSON my bartender who make such of amazing margaritas:)))) . You always leave extremely full and pleased with your bill. The meal portions are perfect! I can't wait to go back and eat again!

I’m from LA - I know tacos. But the cubano taco here redefined my idea of a taco, it was fantastic. On top of that, I had an excellent server called Daniela who brought me 4 different salsas when I just asked her for one. And with local tips like where to party and a winning smile, that really was the cherry on top of this splendid Miami restaurant

The most delicious Mexican restaurant in Florida! We went to this restaurant completely by accident: it started raining heavily and it was just time for dinner, we saw the nearest restaurant and went into it. It was the evening of October 31 and there were a lot of people in nestoran both inside and outside. We sat down at the only available table and thought that we would be waiting for the order for a very long time. But no. A waiter came up to Nan saruz and gave us a menu. They don't spare any money on staff. There were a lot of waiters, cooks 10 jokes and 3 bartenders! Food panelsi 10 minutes, although dokazali very much! And the food was very tasty and very satisfying. Also, among other things, the atmosphere was simply gorgeous. Igratla cool music, interior in the Mexican style, on TV cameras was prikoynye animation for Halloween, the staff was in makeup and dressed in Halloween costumes! Posh restaurant, I advise everyone!

We’ve been here 2 times so far. The first time we sat outside to enjoy ourselves and people watch the food was top notch and service from all the staff was great. Hostess was nice our waiter was super friendly and manager checking up on us to make sure everything is good. Our 2nd visit we decided to grab a quick bite at the bar and the men at the bar were extremely charming and funny. I was laughing to whole time there every one at the bar was having a great time it was like a party. Overall, food is good, drinks are nice & strong, great staff, great atmosphere. Check out this restaurant you won’t regret it!

I saw this place opened in Miami and I like the one in DF but the menu here is different and the food quality was poor and overpriced (this isn't fine dining yet prices are ridiculous for the quality). Stick to what you do best which is the menu you have in Mexico City. The menu in Mexico City isn't top but it does the trick for drinks and cheap tacos and small plates.

This place very quickly became our most favorite Mexican restaurant we have ever been to. The ambiance and atmosphere puts your chain Mexican restaurants to shame!
The service was incredible, and the food was even better! Victor was our bartender/waiter and made us feel like honored guests and made the experience!
We ordered the Baja tacos...we came back a few days later and ordered more, they were so good. The rice was the same my Brazilian wife has been craving since living in the United States here for 2 years, and made her experience even more special.
I plan on making this place a dedicated must visit location in the future. Thanks for the wonderful experience amid the COVID19 craziness!!
