We had a party of 12 people celebrating a birthday and were having a hard time finding a restaurant that didn't charge extra for large parties. When we called Santorini to make our reservation we were already impressed by their customer service compared to other miami beach restaurants. We ate there at 7:30 on a Tuesday and the restaurant was full with multiple large parties. Our server was amazing and very attentive. We thought the menu had very reasonable prices and everyone loved their food. We also loved the fire belly dancer entertainment. It was nice to sit outside by the pool on such a beautiful evening. We all got our dishes served together which was nice and the server gave us all individual checks which saved us so much time! They also did an amazing job preparing a dessert platter for the birthday girl. We loved our experience here and will definitely be returning.

We happened upon Santorini, as it was around the corner from the Stanton hotel where we were staying. We went for their happy hour one day and ended up going back two more times because it was so great.
Happy hour cocktails are $7.00 and appetizers are $5.00. We had Mojitos, which were delicious and full of mint & lime. We tasted quite a few happy hour appetizers, including both lamb and chicken gyro meat with tatziki, spanikopita, hummus, Greek salad and more. It was all wonderful.
We we lucky to have Soun as our server one afternoon. She was efficient and extremely friendly. Also, bartenders Marko and Goran made amazing Mojitos.
We’ll definitely return when we are in South Beach.

Santorini by Georgios is hands down my favorite restuarant/place to go to on South Beach. From the atmosphere, great service, delicious food and drinks, they always make you feel welcome and at home. They never disappoint! Always greeted with a smile, The owners Georgio and Katarina make you feel like family. My recent trip(although we're going through a crazy pandemic) was nothing short of excellent. My server Dule was great and very attentive to me and my friends. As Katarina made sure to take the time out to go to every table to check on everyone's service and food. The menu is full with great choices to match everyone's desires. My favorite is the happy hour menu which allows you to sample all the great food and drinks at an inexpensive price. Best on SoBe!!!

This is another local place where I like to go very often and it is always great, I have been for lunch, happy hour and dinner, it never disappoints. Pricing is ok considering you are in Miami Beach, for lunch they also have a fixed price menu. The restaurant is inside the Hilton hotel but it has its own character, you can dine outdoors which right now with this weather is just wonderful. This time we had the Grilled Octopus, the Lamb Chops very tasty and we tried for the first time the Beef Wagyu Kaftedes, sort of beef meatballs but really really good. You can never go wrong here, just love it @santorinibygeorgios

The food and drinks are phenomenal! The service was a little shaky at first as we were dressed in beach attire and this is a higher end restaurant. When asking about the whole fish selections, the focus seemed to be on the price more than the fish itself. When we finally agreed to a fish (turbo), they reiterated the price to make sure we knew. Once that was out of the way, the appetizers were unbelievable and then the fish was not only delicious but the show to cut and plate it was awesome!

It has been years since I visited this gem of a restaurant and I was excited to return. The food here has never disappointed!
I made reservations about a month in advance for an outdoor table. When we arrived I was told they didn't have any available. If I wanted one I would've had to wait 45 minutes, yet parties who arrived after us were seated outdoors. So why make a reservation? Because we were seated indoors we could not see the dancers or enjoy the music. Good thing the food made up for it!
We enjoyed grilled octopus and saganaki to start our meal followed by branzino, grilled mixed platter and chicken scallopini. We also ordered dessert but I don't recall the name of it. Everything was delicious. No complaints on any of the food we had.
Come here for the food and if you are able to grab an outdoor table then consider yourself lucky.

Took me a while to write this but we had Thanksgiving Dinner at Santorini and it was an amazing experience. It is a beautiful environment surrounding a pool and just off the beach. Our server, Karina suggested we try the Thanksgiving dinner special which I was not initially inclined to do. The way she explained it, there was no way I could say no. The drinks were prompt and excellent as we waited for the food. karina stopped by a few times to make sure our little puppy had water. it was a fun and lively scene with good music and our server was fun and attentive, but not overly so as sometimes happens. The food was excellent and the service only added to an overall experience that exceeded my expectations, especially at such a reasonable price point.

We had the most memorable and amazing night at Santorini this past weekend with our friends. The atmosphere, music, decoration, pleasant & professional staff and the best Greek food you’ll ever have is at Santorini. Knowing that this is a place that will never disappoint, we invited our friends from out of town to join us for dinner there. We were seated immediately and the server remembered us since we frequent the restaurant. We went there with our minds set on an outside table but we were offered a table inside . When we asked to be seated outside the staff were very accommodating and our guests were impressed with the beautiful atmosphere around the pool and they enjoyed the live music playing. Lucas our server was very funny, professional and knew exactly what to recommend for our group for dinner specially that this was the first time for our guests to dine there and we went for his recommendations with no hesitation. All staff passing by were constantly checking on us and brought us a heater when they realized that we were cold since it was a windy night . Georgios graciously accommodated our request with a slight change in our order, the food was served quickly and the presentation was just so beautiful and amazing. They always say you eat with your eyes first and this is so true with the beautiful food presentation at Santorini. The live music was very nice and completed the beautiful atmosphere we were in and gave us and our guests a remarkable experience and a night to remember. Thank you Santorini for delivering every single time we dine there. We always look forward to our dinners there and we’re always sure that our guests will leave with a phenomenal experience.Â

I will start this review by prefacing I am a local. My wife decided to bring me here for my surprise birthday dinner. We had reservations at 8pm and when we arrived, the hostesses attended to us promptly. They were courteous and friendly as well as aware of my birthday dinner. While waiting to be seated they brought my wife and I a complementary glass of champagne. Once we were seated, our waitress Soun attended to us promptly and will say her service was phenomenal. We ordered appetizers flaming cheese and hummus and they were very good. My wife and I ordered the Branzino fish(shared) and my daughters shared the Mixed Grill. The food was delicious and good portions. This said, from our appetizers to our meal we had a fairly long time.Even though we had to wait, our waitress Soun was a complete professional, she kept us abreast of when the food was coming brought over some extra pita bread, apologized various times. I usually would not be happy at all with this but her great service made this situation palatable. Then they brought a very nice dessert platter for my birthday. Overall, the food was very good but Soun’s service was amazing. They also have some nice entertainment from belly dancer to live music. I will definitely return and ask for Soun. Happy Dining

This is my go-to spot for fresh fish and the BEST Greek salad. The poolside atmosphere is incredible during the day and there is always entertainment at night. The management and servers are so accommodating, especially to allergies and dietary restrictions, which is a rarity in Miami. 10/10 would recommend for any occasion.

WOW, is how I would best explain my experience at Santorini at The Bentley South Beach. Giorgios and his wife Katerina have curated a very special place. Expertly staffed by top professionals such as Christina & Christoff, they work very hard to see that each guest has a dining experience they'll not soon forget. The cuisine is nothing short of amazing, and it just keeps coming coming and coming! You may see belly dancers, you may hear the sound of plates shattering and the OPAH !!

This restaurant is fabulous. The food is superb, the staff warm and efficient and the owners make you feel at home. Eating by the pool just adds a special ambiance to the whole experience and the 3 course $28 lunch is the best deal in town. It is not a place to miss.. Ruth and Akiva

Happy Birthday to Me!!!
I simply can't say enough about my complete satisfaction for this restaurant! It was so delicious until we ate here for Lunch and Dinner 3 days in a row and took full advantage of the beautiful swimming pool centered within the middle of the atmosphere right on the beach.
I even ordered 2 dishes of thre grilled Octopus and flew it back to Jersey with me for dinner tonight. I can't wait to eat it.
We will be returning back to Miami just to eat here because it's that good.
