Named after two elemental culinary tools - the Beaker, used by bartenders to mix drinks, and a Gray Kunz spoon, used by chefs to execute dishes - Beaker & Gray features small, shareable plates and elegant, yet fun, crafted cocktails utilizing worldly ingredients and fresh, locally-sourced produce, including the Nasajon's backyard garden. All animal products are humanely raised - 100% grass-fed and free-range beef, free-range pork and poultry, and wild-caught

Stopped in with three friends for a lunch before an international flight and we were not disappointed. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful and a safe haven from the scorching sun. Food came out quickly and was delicious. Service was friendly and gave good recommendations.

This was our first time visiting this establishment. Went for brunch. Food was high quality. Average portions, tasty and unique combinations. Service was good. Would definitely go back here.Server and chef attentive to allergies. I appreciated that. Also flexible.

We enjoyed our celebration at this wonderful establishment. The table was nice and the waitress Ronnie was very good and informative in helping us determine which dishes to order. I would recommend it
