Restaurant was busy with locals so we knew that it had to be good food. Enjoyed an authentic and tasty Cuban breakfast. Quick and friendly service and very reasonably priced.
This retro style eatery has exceptional service and some of the best tasting cuban flavors one would expect from this authentic cuban restaurant.
We were in town for a day and wanted to experience a "real" Cuban sandwich. We found it at Enriqueta's. We had the Cuban with croquettes and the special for the day and it was all so delicious. Very friendly service. The place was packed...with obvious locals but we felt welcome, even though we know we looked out of place. Highly recommend.More
Enriqueta's Sandwich Shop is a popular diner located in Miami's Wynwood neighborhood. Unlike uppity, so-called cuban restaurants found elsewhere in the city, It serves authentic, extremely tasty and very reasonably-priced cuban fare. Portions are large and served with a smile. Their famous double Cuban sandwich...is humongous and provides a delicious blend of ham, cheese, grilled onions and pork on tasteful cuban bread. The palomilla plate is also a full meal in itself, with black beans, rice, grilled onions and steak, complemented by grilled plantains. I guarantee you will not walk out of Enriqueta's hungry or dissatisfied with your meal. This is the type of establishment, quite rare nowadays, that takes pride in its food and the way it is prepared and served. Customers owe it to themselves to patronize these restaurants. In my book, Enriqueta's is at the top of the list.More
The place is bustling and has great food overall. I ordered the steak sandwich and my daughter the Cuban. I was a bit disappointed in the steak sandwich after reading the reviews. :( However, my daughter gave me half of her Cuban which was delicious!...I would definitely recommend it!More
We had a couple of cuban sandwiches and could barely finish them. Is it possible to have too much ham? The bread was outstanding! The place was packed with locals - from construction workers to families and even a few hipsters. We were looking for...authentic and this place definitely delivered. Great jumping off point to walk over to the Art District. Reasonable price too!More
I ordered 2 sandwiches which I shared with my son. A special Cuban sandwich with croquettas, and a double Cuban sandwich which the girl at the order window suggested. OMG the best Cuban sandwiches I have ever had by far. The double Cuban was the...most amazing sandwich. I can’t stress enough how amazingly good it was. I don’t care where you are in Miami, you have to try that sandwich. I wouldn’t care if I had to pay $20 for an Uber to get there. If you like Cuban sandwiches, go there.More
Great atmosphere the minute you walk in. This place is for locals! The food is excellent and fresh. The service was fast and friendly. So many Cuban specialties to chose from!! I will definitely go back on my next visit for lunch. It was recommended...to me by a local. I highly recommend this place for lunch! It has a great Miami vibe!! Thank you Enriqueta’s!!!More
Knowing whether to order at the table or at the counter and getting attention can be difficult as it is so busy but the authentic Cuban sandwiches are delicious and cheap!
