Were told to eat at Michy's by a friend who knows his food, and he was right! Small place with great atmosphere and it felt like there was staff everywhere, and they were very attentive, but not overbearing. We ordered 3 half size apps and 2 half size entrees and a full size entree and had way too much food,... More

Everything was great. We had duck confit and croquettes for appetizers. They were very good. My wife had a nice steak, tasty. I had the short ribs which were phenomenal. Staff did an excellent job from start to finish. I highly recommend the short ribs!

We were staying at hotel nearby and our Lonely Planet guide recommended Michy's so we thought we'd give it a go. The food was really good - beautifully presented, amazing flavours. It is quite an expensive restaurant, but it's still worth a visit. Our waiter was attentive and genuinely friendly and also gave us some great tips for the local... More

Party of 9 dined here. The food was good for the most part. The place was cramped and the service was downright inattentive. Perhaps this was because the server knew that they automatically would add the gratuity to the check because of our party size. The food was good and creative except for the steak fritte which was tough. Why... More

I can see, or rather taste, how Michelle Bernstein, the restaurants namesake, beat Bobbly Flay on Iron Chef. Great food. Great service. Reasonable value. Nice atmosphere. Doesn't look like much from the street, but pretty nice inside. Highly recommended.

Agree with many other that the space and location are unspectacular, but well worth the ride out of downtown or Miami Beach. Food was spectacular - particulary enjoyed and recommend the truffled polenta and duck confit. I will definitely try the tasting menu next time, as everything that passed me by looked delicious. Lovely glass of Barolo on the stepp... More

Michy’s is not in the downtown or out on South Beach but is definitely worth the trip. This was probably the best service I’ve ever had. They have the attention and knowledge of a five star fine dining restaurant, but the warm and welcoming demeanor of a family restaurant. When you order, skip the regular menu and go straight for... Michelle Bernstein's signature restaurant did not disappoint. It's a gem in an unassuming neighborhood with a warm feeling when you step inside. I loved that many things both appetizer and entree come in 1/2 portion, that way you can design a meal to experience as many of her dishes as possible. We loved the watermelon salad with feta, wonderful contrast... More

We went here with the highest of expectations, given that Chef Bernstein had bested none other than Bobby Flay in Iron Chef America, and we weren’t disappointed. It’s in a somewhat nondescript neighborhood, but that makes parking easy and the interior is comfortable and not too loud. Starting with a tuna tartar and the bibb lettuce salad, we moved on...
