The service at the Miami Hard Rock Cafe was excellent, with wonderful staff, but the food is just okay. The ribs and pulled pork were on the tough side. I have had a lot of pulled pork in my time, and I have to say,...the Hard Rocks pulled pork doesn’t rate very high at all. Their pulled pork is served on the plate and not as a sandwich, and that’s actually a plus in this case, because eating it on bread or a bun would be a disappointment/disaster. The beans and coleslaw were strange to say the least. The beans have a spice in them (turmeric maybe?) that over powers everything in the beans, and the coleslaw is basically dry cabbage, as it has very very little dressing in it. I classify the Hard Rock Cafe as a bar food type of place with good drinks, as the drinks we had were good. It also needs to be mentioned that the prices are high, but that is to be expected, as this Covid nightmare has caused a huge price hike in everything lately and we the consumers are expected to recoup all the losses.More

The bar service was great...food was your usual Hard Rock Cafe...bathrooms were spotless. Went on a Thursday eve so wasnt crowded at all which felt safe. Right next to the ferris wheel.

The center has pay to park lots. The Hard Rock Cafe is located over the water (look for the giant guitar over the restaurant). It is a typical Hard Rock Cafe with full bar service, much rock music memorabilia, music videos playing on the television...screens, and the Rock Shop for your souvenir hunting pleasure. There is patio dining with a view of the marina and bay. I received good service and I enjoyed my chicken Caesar salad immensely. COVID-19: The employees were wearing masks. There were signs on tables indicating that they had been sanitized. There was good social distancing within the restaurant.More

Great view. Food was as expected. Service was poor: Kept waiting a long time to give order, food took long to arrive, eventually left table to find somewhere I could pay after waiting a ling time. It was Monday night and not overly busy.

After trying another restaurant in the area,we thought this would have better service. We were seated promptly and again had to wait for 20 minutes before someone came to take our order. Once the food was served,we didn’t see our server again,I had to ask...the manager for our check. With all the people being out of work for so long , I thought they would be more attentive to their jobsMore

Did not eat at this location but visited the gift shop to get the city cordial shooter. Long walk from available parking which is expensive, but expected from the city I suppose, $7 for one hour. Staff was nice and allowed us to walk around...to view the museum items. Worth the trip but only if you plan to eat or enjoy the surrounding area, boardwalk space, and shops surrounding.More

The Hard Rock Cafe has a fabulous location by the water. The menu is big and there are lots of choices for everyone. Service is attentive, food is fresh and prices are quite reasonable. Unfortunately - the quality of the various dishes isn't better than...fast-food eateries. So - if you are in the area - go ahead and eat at the Hard Rock, just lower your expectations.More
