it must have changed owners since I was last there. Not at all the same experience and seriously overpriced for what it was. We probably ate 1/4 of the $100 take out and composted the rest.

If you want to try real Greek food with a great taste, good prices and very good service, this is the place to go. Their Pastitsio is soooo good that is the top in Miami and compared to the one I had in a greek...island, it is the second. And for desserts, they bake a Galactobourico that is simply out of this world, to a point than when I order it I tell my family to get their own ones, because I do not share.More

I had great hope for this restaurant named after one of my favorite Greek Islands. What a disaster. What a disappointment. First, the service was really awful. Slow and unreliable. The food was even worse. I had a Gyro platter. The meat had a burnt...taste to it and was very dry and not very flavorful. The Tzatziki was also very bland and watery. As tasteless as I have ever tasted. The salad that came with it was a small lettuce and tomato salad, very basic and skimpy. We also had a Greek salad. That was also a mistake....very few olives, tiny amount of feta cheese, lettuce was shredded and pale, taste was bland, consistency was watery and soggy and was also VERY skimpy for what was supposed to be a large salad. Prices were high for what we received. They also put a service charge on our bill. When I asked to have it taken off so I could leave what I chose to leave as a tip, the waitress asked me in a demeaning and intimidating tone, "Why do you want to remove the service charge", I simply answered "Because I said so". This place has been in business 'forever' and even received some awards many many years ago. Folks, "It ain't what it used to be", do yourself a favor, find somewhere else.More

Went there with a few buddies, this was the best Greek Food I've ever had. We had the lambshank, village salad, satziki with gyro meat, and Greek fries. The pita bread nice perfectly warmed with olive oil and lemon flavor. Most pita bread ive ever...had is pan fried, not here, it had beautiful grill marks. Then we had their famous Pagoto (icecream) over shreaded wheat, called birds nest. The best warm and cold icecream experience.More

Went there yesterday and I was very disappointed. I had been there twice before in the last four years and it was pretty acceptable then. This time I ordered a Greek salad and Moussaka as usual. Also a glass of Retsina wine. The salad seemed...as if they were trying to cut down on portions of lettuce and feta cheese and olives. The Moussaka was 2/3rds of topping over a thin layer of bits of the meat. I was very disappointed since I had been looking forward to some great Greek food. Moussaka is my favorite. The wine glass was a bit less than half full, for $8. I've been to Greece twice over the years and enjoy their culture and food. Tarpon Springs, FL has a couple of great Greek restaurants. I'll be looking for a new Greek restaurant in Miami area to try. And as far as their service, the welcoming attitude didn't exist. I regret leaving a 20% tip. I was there from 4:40 PM-5:30 PM the only customer until a party of three arrived. When I left, no one said "Good-bye" or "thanks for coming". How sad.More

I ordered some delivery. I got the platter. There was no tzatsiki, It says it comes with olives. More like a garnish smooshed inside the taramasalata and the eggplant dip. The shaved lamb was more of a cardboard consistency. The Spanikopita tasted microwaved. I got...some meatballs that were overcooked and hard. The rice pilaf was stale. It was salty. We didnt eat the meal. The entire meal just tasted like food that was cooked 2 days ago. Galektoboureko is one of my favorite desserts. This did not resemble one, nor did it taste like it. It had phyllo.. All over, not a good experience.More

Very quiet for a Saturday night. We ordered the traditional gyro platter and an appetizer combo platter with hummus, gyro meat, cheese and grape leaves......all of it disappeared. We finished off with their amazing desert of isce cream atop homemade fill dough straw bird nest....Try it...you'll like it.More
