I’m a Chinese and I have to say this is the worst restaurant I visited in the US. Terrible taste, unreasonable prices. Do not enter this restaurant is you are not ready to pay $16 for one dish of watery boiled vegetable, sincerely.
To be honest, we have had so many bad Chinese food in the south, we didn't know what we would have at Chang's but it's relative close to where we were staying and was recommended by an online food blog.
