The manager Nelson here is very attentive even as the crowds really gather in great numbers for this favorite of visitors and locals. Every dish is reasonably prices, has huge portions and is perfectly cooked. They excel at the pork and steak dishes and sandwiches,...as the meat is well-marinated and paired with excellent spices and peppers, often served over a perfect bun (not soggy or hard cooked butt perfectly warm and smooth). Most dishes come with incredibly good thin fries or mixture of black beans and rice. Be sure to ask for any side sauces and spices to make it an extra fabulous meal. For example, their version of the traditional Philly steak sandwich is the best I have ever had, and I ordered it twice in two days. This is located in the heart of Lincoln Avenue, right on the curb next to one of the major bus and trolley stops, so getting your food to go is a great optionMore

Small cafe at Lincoln Road in Miami beach where you have an interesting menu with a lot of option to select. Good to take a look

Great Cuban sandwich and pastries (pastelitos de guayaba!!!). Very good "café con leche". I have something at this place almost every day during my week in South Beach. Empanadas, from different countries, were very good but they run out of them by late afternoon. Good...selection of Latin foods. "Batidos" made of different fruits were very good specially guava and pineapple. The oversize donut was very good as well.More

Great place to grab a quick bite, near the beach entrance and bus stop. Good homemade options with outside sidewalk seating.

My friend went in to order a chicken ceaser salad, it took quite a while and when we got to the hotel, it wasn't a ceaser salad. They used the wrong kind of salad, the rest was ok.

This is a tiny place at the start of the Lincoln Rd tourist commerce area. This place is authentic and the coffee is great. Nice Cuban food. Expanded recently to include a couple of tables and laminated menu. Just great every time.

First of all this restaurant is called “South Beach Munchies” and also known as the Latin cafe ... I guess it never got updated on trip advisor ! Our hotel concierge suggested this cafe for a quick , cheap and cheerful Cuban/Latin style snacks They...offer variety of Latin /Cuban dishes which are priced very cheap with big traditional portions I visited them for a coffee and empanadas but I saw other people eating and the food looked great! Make sure to visit them if you are looking for a nice Cuban meal or snacks The coffee was fantastic and the beef empanadas were a bit oily but it was great I Suggested to trip advisor to change the name so let’s see!More

horrible experience at this restaurant - specifically went here looking for some authentic cuban/latin food in South Beach - I generally try to avoid touristy places and chains - and was basically ignored while standing at the counter when trying to order; when I approached...a waiter to ask about being able to order I was given a menu and told to grab a table and they would be right with me....20 minutes later after no service ( and the place was not packed) my partner and I got up and left........I DO NOT recommend patronizing this establishmentMore

Authentic cuban food and the chicken empanadas are the best! Not hot but very flavorful! Go early as they do sell out!

One of my favorite things about coming to Miami Beach is the food - especially finding a Latin gem. Unfortunately, this was a bit of a let down. Service was slow, which I don’t necessarily have an problem with when on vacation. Cuban coffee was...as expected. One of my favorite coffees. However, my breakfast sandwich was a big disappointment. Egg ham and cheese. Bread was kind of chewy. The rest of the sandwich was very cold and really had no flavor. What a disappointment. On the upside, my wife enjoyed her breakfast wrap..More

We came along because of the TA reviews. We walked past it initially because it looks like nothing special. We were glad to ha e stopped. Extremely friendly staff. Go to the main counter to see what's hot and special for the day. The portions...(of sandwiches) are big. I had tacos which were fresh and tasty. Highly recommended.More

We went to this place for cuban coffee, it was really crowded. The coffee was good and the menu was interesting , so we came back later for lunch. When the manager recognized us, he treated us like royalty. Small inside seating and about 6...tables outside for takeout. I ordered the cuban sandwich, delicious, enough large to share. the pastries were very good and were wrapped for our plane travel. I wish i could have eaten more food on the menu. Dont believe that menus that come with pictures are always bad.I never had Cuban food before so I cant compare. For basically a take out restaurant the service was exceptional, the waitstaff kept on coming back to our table to make sure we liked the food. The prices were very reasonable and the portions were large.More
