The food is amazing in both taste and presentation. The price is not low but it's definitely worth it.

Fancy Peruvian. So we went here with family friends to have some food after the national park nearby. At first it was like wow you can’t take kids here way too fancy. But it ended up being great. Interesting how it is Peruvian but have...Risotto as their main attraction. The lomo saltado was just the best. My wife a vegetarian could have the papas and Yuca. As well as the vegetable risotto not on the menu FYI. They should put this vegetarian dish since it was amazing. Anyways food is amazing here.More

El Chaman is excellence on a plate. The quality and taste of food is consistently good. I also enjoy the ambiance. Additionally, they have had live music. My favorite is Chupe de Camarones and of course the appetizer Leche de Tigre. But don't take my...advice, so many delicious treats on the menu. Enjoy!More

El Chaman makes sure to move Peruvian cuisine to the top of your list. It has been my favorite restaurant in Florida for years. The food menu, and ambience is extraordinary. Their weekly specials makes them even more unique, and boost the experience completely. Their...risotto and protein options are out of this world, and are my to go choices. Thank you, Alejandro! The service and recommendations tonight were outstanding.More

Amazing peruvian food. Portions are generous and beautifully presented. More importantly: the tastes were awesome. Flawless. We ordered the shrimp causa, the puplo al olivo causa, the ceviche with coconut milk, the parihuela soup and lomo saltado spring roles. Each dish had its unique flavor,...quite representative of genuine Peruvian cuisine. All ingredients were fresh, and the service was excellent. The price was just right, while not cheap, you feel you got a great value for the wonderful food. (All the other dishes for the other tables looked amazing too!) The live music was bit loud, it was the only problem.More

I have been twice in this restaurant and by the food quality and the excellent service provided by Luis and the runner who assist him I will visit the Chaman as many times as possible. Great menu design, excellent quality ingredients and exquisite preparation. And...the dish presentation beyond the artistic makes this place an oasis of flavors without pretensions . Astrid and Gaston will be proud of this place.More
