Found this place by chance whilst walking in downtown at around 7 in the evening. The place immediately appealed as a friendly, welcome and secure place for the family as there were two well dressed and respectable ladies eating their meals alone outside. We chose to also sit outside and watch the world of Miami go by although there were... More

Cafe Bastille was our choice for a breakfast place. Friendly staff serving absolutely delicious French inspired dishes. I went for Crepes Norvegien which was a perfect composition of salmon, creme fraiche, tomatoes and soft red onions. Other pictures show my kids' choices - these were gone in an instant. If you have a choice between a hotel breakfast and Cafe... More

French restaurant with a great atmosphere inside (comfortable sofas, quiet music) and delicious food. The waiter was really kind and ready to answer our questions about the dishes. I'm sure that I'll visit Café Bastille again during my next visit to Miami.

Visited Miami this past weekend with girlfriends. We were there 4 days and had breakfast/ brunch twice at Cafe Bastille! We went on Friday and was so impressed that when walking by on Saturday and seeing their weekend specials we walked right back in without hesitation. We all ordered different items each time and everything was delicious! The service was... More

Spent a night at the intercontinental hotel just two blocks away. This cafe is a good alternative to too standard and average Starbucks and similar... I ordered a French breakfast basically a baguette, butter and fruit jam. Along with it fresh orange juice and American coffee; my daughter enjoyed some pancakes with fruits. All good and great to start the... More

A lovely little, decidedly French café where all would have been a measure better had the French English language not been a bit of a barrier with the newcomer waitress. That said, I enjoyed our morning café au lait with an additional champagne beverage. The fruit was so fresh and flavorful! Question - is Hollandaise sauce made without the juice... More

I went to Cafe Bastille as suggested by one of my students and it certainly did not disappoint. The cafe is cute and cozy, with French motif. I had the Bastille omelette, which came with traditional ratatouille and goat cheese and it was sumptuous! It was accompanied by toast and home made jam which were also delicious The service was... After their renovation, this Cafe has become a very nice place to eat. It's casual but cool and the food is always great. One of my favorite places for breakfast/lunch.

The breakfast was awesome, the omelets and crepes were yummy. Did not like to wait for the coffee and would prefer it come out much sooner than it did. the staff was professional and friendly. $72.00 for four people including tip was a little high but the food ( 3 omelets, 1 crepe, 3 coffees, 1 juice) and experience softened...
