The menu is comprehensive and alluring. Dishes are authentic but not traditional with bold, intense flavours and an emphasis on simple presentation acquired through quality ingredients. Normally is good restaurant with different plates and choices of Oriental food, but the brunch is the strongest point of Zuma, the only problem is the waiting time to seat and to get the food from the buffet.
