Started with Zucchini fritters and Ceviche, they were OK, although in the ceviche mango was dominant. We ordered medium rare Chateaubriand as main, clearly Chef Sezer was not there, because the cook had no idea how to cook a Chateaubriand. The first try eas served...on a sizzling plate where by the cut meat was well-done by the time it reached our table. At second try the meat was cut and then the pieces were slightly grilled to overcome the fact that the meat was still raw. It did not help. We ate it, but it had nothing to do with Chateaubriand. At a price of 105$, you would expect a perfectly prepared piece of meat. Positive was that the chef recognized the mistake and did not put the Chateaubriand on the bill, but of course that is not the idea of going out for dinner in a luxury restaurant.More

Our first time here, place was recommended by uber driver on the fly . I would have left Zero Stars if it wasn't for the view from roof top. One page very limited spots bar type menu, food so so at best, waiter was clueless...about the menu, and it is expensive. Definitely not worth the time or money. Hosts are professional, bartender was professional. Sorry Area 31, the restaurant doesn't commend the premium it's food and service (wait staff)More

This was my family’s 1st time and WOW! We had dinner on their terrace and took great pics with the gorgeous views!! Impeccable service all around but starting with Axel, our server. He who was so attentive and fabulous! One of my family members could...not eat the tostones as it was prepared based on her allergies but because he knew she loved them just from engaging with her, he brought one for her just the way she liked it. He treated us like family! The fooood!! Every appetizer and entree, down to the dessert was absolutely tasty. Compliments to your chefs and their teams! And of course, the account management team between Derry-Ann, Gretell and Katie, thanks for everything as my original plans changed, you arranged a great space for my family to celebrate 2 events in our fam! We met my son and his girlfriend for drinks before heading out to dinner here at Area 31. The rooftop has a spectacular view of Miami.

We went for dinner on my sister birthday. The service was good and the food very good. The decoration on the entrance is Great and the view also

I made the reservation to celebrate my wife Birthday, so we got there and were sitted promtly.Dany broke the ice,giving us complementary drinks,he started to explain us the entire menu,with excellent attitude and smile,Dany suggested a few appetizers, the Clams and the BBQ tacos were...jus amazing. For dinner my wife ordered the Branzino grilled and I got the Carbonara with lobster,Dany was right the fish was cooked to perfection, and the pasta just delicious, the side of yucca with the white sauce was outstanding. The glasses of red wine Dany suggested were an excellent choice,my father works in the Industry,so I know what the Hospitality is all about,I can say it was the best service I have ever got so far, his professionalism and passion just goes so far and beyond. Not sure if there was a perfect storm for them on New Years Eve. My husband and I was looking forward to the 5 course special for New Years Eve. It was a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!! The wait staff was unorganized. I had to request bread...for the table. Food was delivered to the wrong table twice. Waiters did not refill drinks due to lack of attendance. The food runners would drop food off of plates as they were being delivered . The most downfall was that the food took forever to come out and when it did finally arrive it was lukewarm. Not to mention tasteless. The service received was not worth the $150 per person. If it wasn't for the city view we would of left. My waiter would not have received a tip but since it was already included on the tab he got lucky. A waste of time...... I do not recommend!!!More

These guys do it right. Service is impeccable. Food is absolutely fantastic. I’ve enjoyed 5 out of seven of my meals in Miami here so far, and this place knocks it out of the park. The salmon was my favorite dish. Encrusted in thyme and...Rosemary, with a delicate and juicy center. I took the servers recommendation on the mojito. It was so delicious that I had to figure out the gentleman that made it. Pedro is an amazing bartender. Polite, quick, and talented. So five stars for this place. They make you feel special and they have the food and drink to back it up.More
