It's always a pleasure to visit Fratelli Milano. The interior ambiance is very pleasing for a business lunch, when sometimes you have to wait to be seated. Several bistro tables allows you to eat on the sidewalk. The pasta is always fresh and cooked al dente. Everything you eat have a distinctive Milanese flavor. One of my favorites is the... More

Loved this restaurant! Food was delicious, fresh and generous portions, excellent value. Desserts are made in-house and wow! Service was great, very attentive. And we were a group of 10, everyone was very pleased.

Just arrived in Miami and we've been suggested this restaurant. We had 3 pizzas delivered and all family started been sick after a couple of hours. We all spent our night vomiting the pizza. Simply a nightmare. Luckily my young daughter didn't fancy the pizza yesterday night. Restaurant's owner should take care on food freshness that they serve and avoid... More

The food it's just average, the service depends on the mood of the server. I do not recommend. There are better options to eat Italian close by.

This place is always packed for a reason. The food is always fresh. The flavors are always spot on. The pasta filled with pear and taleggio cheese in a butter sage sauce, is like no other.

The restaurant is conveniently located in downtown Miami near the waterfront. While I live in Tampa, FL and travel the US routinely, "Fratelli Milano" has earned my vote as my favorite restaurant. The quality of the food and service is superb, very authentic Italian cuisine. I have hosted multiple group dinners for fellow conventions attendees and everyone raved over the... More

Everything is made from scratch and the food and the service are excellent. The pastas are made fresh daily. I had the one with beef filet in it. It was generous and meaty and wonderful. Pastas are $18-$24. Near the Langford hotel and not too far from the tourist center. I did not need reservations on Saturday night.

After leaving hospital I wanted a good meal. Decided to google and found the restaurant. It was good, I would say almost very good, just need to get a few details straightened out. The portions are generous, I had the pollo Marsala. Nice vegetable and potatoes with the chicken! The calamari was good, not enough zucchini and they were a... More

Excellent Italian restaurant that is reasonably priced! You could tell that everything was extremely fresh. If we lived in Miami, we would come here all the time! Great service too!
