We had a relaxing lunch outdoor. The staff was welcoming for us and our canine friend. The service was excellent and the food very tasty though some dishes were a bit too creamy for . The burrata an tomato salad was memorable. The crispy yuca...perfect. The gnocchi with chicken also hit the spot. I would avoid the lemon garlic pappardelle. A great experience !More

A group of us went to dinner last weekend and it was great. They have definitely changed up the menu and quality of food. My husband and I had gone a couple years ago and were not impressed with the food the couple times we...went. We went this time because of a birthday celebration and we did not pick the place. We were hesitant because of our last experiences. And were were pleasantly surprised. The ham croquettes and steaks frites were delicious! The place overall is alittle pricey but we had a great time so it was worth it. A party of 6 ordered 13 drinks, 10 tapas, and 4 entrees and the bill came out to $600. Have spent more at dinner but definitely have spent less.More

Yes, I understand it’s “Covid..” There was plenty of wait staff, yet we had to wait 30 minutes after a late seating for water and cocktail delivery was almost as long. It remained difficult to catch our waiters attention - he served only three tables....He did not check back to see if our drinks were ok or if they needed freshening. There was a river of condensation from the table water container. After three queries for either a napkin or other coaster, I got up and secured my own beverage napkins from the bar. When three people ordered the watermelon salad, we weren’t asked which version of watermelon salad and were delivered the wrong salad. The disappearing server prevented us from making a correction. Two of the three of us ate the salad. One third into the salad, entrees were delivered (not by our server). The entrees were declined. (We still did not have another drink.) The untouched salad was cleared without apology and not removed from the check. Long after the salad was complete, we had to ask for entrees. Three were delivered to the table. We reported missing silverware from the cleared salads, one set arrived. By the time the additional settings arrived, it was obvious a fourth dinner was not on its way. It took many attempts to secure our server to report the missing dinner. Instead of fixing the problem, the waiter sent the manager. Once she heard my entree was completely missing she went into high gear. The rest of the table exercised good manners and declined to eat while my dinner was prepared. It took several attempts to secure covers for the cooling entrees; and only the manager could figure out what to supply. The freshly cooked dinner wasn’t particularly hot. The waiter disappeared until it was time to collect money table side. To add insult, the POS tip amounts were 18%, 20%, & 25%. If diner waiters provide service far superior to this and receive “generous” tips of less than $5, how can it be that THIS inattentive server is “entitled” to $60 - $75??? The food itself was good but not memorable. I’m embarrassed that my guests food was cold.More

The food was so delicious! We went for brunch. My daughter got the French Toast and it was utter perfection. I got the G&V Benedict. So food, especially the crunchy potatoes in the side. My husband got the American Breakfast Sandwich. Just right. The setting...was lovely, in trees with big fans blowing. So many precious dogs all around too.More

Horrible Customer Service!!! We walked in to have dinner last night. We were completely ignored. They weren’t even busy. Stood at the bar several minutes until we could finally get the bartender to acknowledge us. He told us to grab any seat. Then rudely told...my husband to put on his mask which was around his neck completely innocent mistake. He put on his mask to walk a few feet to a table. We sat at the table for several minutes (about 10) completely ignore. We got up and left. We walked right past several employees. They didn’t say a word and basically could care less. I guess they don’t really want customers.More

Lovely lunch at Glass & Vine yesterday. You can't beat the setting, it's tucked into a lush garden that borders a park (there's plenty of outdoor seating and fans keep you cool, and also there's indoor seating). Love the three course lunch menu (Miami Spice);...try the tater tots, delish. So settings gorgeous, food's delicious. Unfortunately, and I've experienced this at other restaurants in Miami this week, service started out strong and then finished poorly. Our server literally disappeared once the food arrived, no refills for drinks, no one picked up plates (we had to duck out before the dessert we paid for could get there because it took so long). We had to wave down other servers to get his attention. It wasn't that he was too busy; plenty of time we'd see him standing by the bar, his back to us, talking with co-workers. Ridiculous.More

So beautiful to sit in tables arranged between the trees. Service was wonderful, thoughtful, atmosphere casual and outside. The food was delicious, though we only had little nibbles. We will be back to try dinner. This was just the 2nd week they were open during...this pandemic. It was wonderful to be back.More

Love this restaurant and can’t wait until it’s open per normal. Right next to a park with play equipment for the kids, great menu and drinks, happy hour prices can’t be beat. Ordered takeout during COVID closures.

Great view of the park and the restaurant was clean and not crowded. The service was fantastic and the owner checked in on us. I wish I would have found this place sooner and I would have eaten here often.

We were visiting the area and went to Glass & Vine looking for a quick bite. We thought that it would be a relaxing lunch on the park but it definitely wasn’t what we anticipated.... Pluses: Tasty grilled shrimp salad Good toasted/buttered bread Minuses: Bread...was given only on request and at a $2 cost—we’ve dined internationally and throughout the US and almost never get charged for bread. The restaurant was so noisy that it was impossible to have a conversation. We just kept looking at one another mouthing OMG at the loud screeching of other patrons and general level of chaos—as New Yorkers we are used to loud restaurants but this was beyond the pale Questionable hygienic practices were disconcerting. We were seated inside near the bar and watched as staff members with filthy shirts reached bare hands into dishes of chips that were put on plates while busboys brought used plates back to the same counters and wiped plates and counters with rags that had obviously been used and reused in many occasions. I work in hospitals and am not at all phobic about germs but, again, this made me really uncomfortable about contamination and hygienic standards. I’ve eaten at many restaurants worldwide but have never have felt this uncomfortable with the hygienic practices of an established restaurant. Service was passable but not greatMore
