Every time I go to the Florida Panhandle, I make a point to eat at The Fish House. I don't go for the ambience; I go for the best fresh seafood on the Gulf of Mexico. There are plenty of places with high-priced food, ritzy...More

Just to let you know TripAdvisor. They have a after season schedule. They are close on Mondays after Labor Day. Well, anyway. We were there Tuesday evening. My wife got her favorite when we eat here. French onion soup. She said they are the only...More

The popcorn shrimp melted in my mouth. Set up like a diner. Wait staff very good. Full menu with lunch specials.

Biscuits and gravy are pretty good. Omelets, traditional breakfast plates with diced potatoes or grits. No Corned beef hash.

Friendly service, good food, and decent price in the Mexico Beach area. We have been here several times, and it always has more locals eating here than tourists, which usually means a place has a reputation for good food. We have never been disappointed.

Had the steak and shrimp. Delicious and service was great. Would definitely recommend this place. Prices were reasonable also. We went a little early for supper and did not have to wait.

Best fried oysters we have had in years! They were juicy, plump, fairly large, and perfectly cooked with a light crispy batter. Husband had a grilled shrimp taco and grilled fish taco. The tacos were pretty good could’ve been much better with a little bit...More

Steak was overcooked, flavorless and tough. Prime rib was more fatty than you would expect. Very slow. We were there for two hours most of that waiting for food to come. Fried foods were good. Fettuccini Alfredo was flavorless and cold.

The grouper, crab claws and oysters (raw or baked) were very good. I had a shrimp taco and a fish taco, both were excellent. We ordered take out another night and it was quick. Comparing menus, the prices here may be a few dollars lower...More
