I've been a long-time customer of Pacific Rim and have always enjoyed their food. This is the second time I've stopped by in the last 2 months, and I noticed that they still are not practicing any Coronavirus recommended safety precautions. None of the waitresses...are wearing masks, but what really got me was the Sushi chefs standing behind the counter directly above all the raw fish talking to each other, and none of them were wearing any masks either. I've mentioned this to the management before about 6 weeks ago, but it doesn't seem like they are concerned for their patron's safety. Because of this I ended up walking back out. As the title says, their food has always been good if you're okay with the above.More

Its hard to choose between the dishes offered here and the sushi. Everything tastes great! Mango chicken, basil chicken, tuna tartare, massaman curry....

Just not my cup of tea. Thought the salmon was bland. Farmed? A monkey brain app. Recommended to me deep fried and band. Atmosphere like the Carnegie deli ie. Loud etc. not relaxing for sure. service was a average I tipped 15%.

Upon entering the restaurant, which wasn’t crowded at all, we weren’t offered a choice of where to sit but instead were ushered into a little dark side room. Our waitress, Madelyn, did her best to try to explain the menu but it was like hearing...a foreign language! We managed to order a Thai dish and a Bento box as well as a Ceviche roll. We stated that we didn’t like Krab and didn’t want any in our dishes, however it was included in my husband’s meal anyway. Nevertheless, we both thought our meals were excellent and certainly served in generous portions. We had enough leftover to take home. We thought the cheap tableware wasn’t up to the level of the restaurant and neither were the skimpy napkins. As we were leaving we noticed that dinner tables were being set up with cloth napkins and better silver. We’ll be back some evening and take friends to help us understand the menu!More

We love sushi and sashimi, but don’t eat it very often because we are snobs about it! Hahahaha Itmust be fresh and the perfect cool temperature! If we get it too cold (think frozen), that doesn’t work for us. And no one wants warm sushi...or sashimi (okay yes, the eel is cooked). This restaurant came highly recommended by friends, one of whom is a chef. We loved it!More

I really hate to give it a good review even so it deserves it because the five star review means there’s more people we will go there Which means there won’t be many places for me to sit any joy the best Japanese cuisine in...Merritt Island Joking aside the food is excellent And fresh I think sliced and diced that morning As for the staff you can pretty much judge their recommendations for food An if you have an issue with certain foods bring it up to your server he/she be glad to check for you,, as he did for me Definitely a go back to Food placeMore

We came over here on a whim from Auburndale and found the location via our app.. The sushi portions, flavor, and portions were out of this world. Service was great and it was very busy so be ready to wait a little bit,

Everything we've eaten here is fresh, from the sushi to the fried rice and everything in between. I enjoy their lunch combos, because I have a hard time deciding on one thing to get and the combos give me several options in one dish. Great...place for lunch because the service is fast.More
