We have been here a few times over the years, and generally satisfied, but we were very disappointed with our meals during our recent visit. We felt rushed by our server, the food was either over cooked or just a gloppy mess, & everything is...way overpriced. We will not be back.More

I have eaten at Cafe Coconut Cove many times. The sunsets on the Indian River are beautiful. The food has never missed the mark and even the house wine is great! German cuisine at its finest and wonderful service. It is always a treat and...my families favorite restaurant in the county.More

My wife and I were here for dinner. She had the sausage plate and I had the rouladen plate. Everything on both plates was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be going back frequently. The red cabbage and Bavarian potato salad were superb. And for desert...we had the Black Forest Torte with 🍒. Yum. And our server took great care with us. I cannot say enough to tell you just how wonderful this place is.More

We love this place! It’s a bit of a drive but the food is outstanding and the waterfront views are spectacular! The potato cakes are to die for! The seafood schnitzel is an amazing fish dish. But the real star is the pineapple upside down...cake for dessert! Mm mm good! We will be back and encourage others to try it too!More

Saw this restaurant was highly recommended and tried it. The high ranking is well deserved, we travel extensively and this is one of the best we have encountered in the country. Evening view of the sunset can be spectacular. The food is as good as...the view. We tried two combination meals to get a taste of several entrees. All were some of the best German food we have ever had. This is certainly the best German restaurant I've ever been to, maybe the best restaurant overall we've been to.More

There are so few decent restaurants in this area that good dining is elevated to excellent. The sample plate is the most popular item for good reason. Everything is cooked to perfection and tastes delicious. The Steaks are thin, but very tasty. Skip the appetizers...and dessert as they all appear to be afterthoughts to the main entrees.More

The food is very authentic German and there is a very nice selection. The liver pate is to die for. The only thing we were disappointed with was the sauerbraten. It was not very tender. Also we went early at 5 PM but the restaurant...was full so the meals took a long time just over 90 minutes to arrive.More

Cafe Coconut Cove has been on my list for a long-time. Finally made the trip to Melbourne Beach and it will not be my last. Everything (Service, Food and Ambience) was just terrific.

My husband and I met another couple here for dinner. We had primo sunset views, which made for perfect pictures, and a most memorable meal. The liver pate to start with is a must, as is a German draft beer. Potato pancakes are another tasty...choice. For dinner, I had the Combination Plate, with sauerbraten, red cabbage, bratwurst, and Jaeger Schnitzel. It was excellent and actually not an overly large portion. We will definitely be back.More

Outstanding with special personal touches. Due to COVID we were both unable to dine in so we chose to pick up our meal for take out. Our bags were decorated with love to us and our dessert boxes had candles attached. Our dinner was perfection...and after 50 years of dining this was one of the top three meals we have ever had in our lifetime. We even had happy tears afterward. Quality and taste were in every bite. We thank you for making this a wonderful memory. Sincerely💓 5 star rating !!!!!More
