Wow. Cannot even believe the service by Taylor and the treatment by owner Maria 👏🏼👏🏼 We ordered a banana fosert dessert to share and I ordered an espresso martini. I could tell that there was going to be a problem when I told Taylor I...was not fond of the espresso martini (pictured) it was watery and wasn’t the usual espresso martini. I asked for the check. She made a face at me and took the martini, returned with her device to run the check, ready to swipe or insert. I inserted and requested a receipt since I was in able to look over the bill prior to paying, Taylor again made a face and turned off. After completing our banana foster dessert out on the patio with my daughter and boyfriend we were approached by Maria the owner and her companion (didn’t get her name) with not so pleasant looks on their faces. Maria than proceeded to say “Do you have a problem with your server?” She was short in her tone. Staring down my boyfriend. Never once asked how our evening was or how the service or food was, like a normal dining experience. I responded with “All I did was ask for a receipt.” My boyfriend mentioned how the server (Taylor) neglected to let us know they were still out of some of the dipping items that come with the dessert and didn’t appreciate that. She than asked us to leave 🤷🏻‍♀️ she couldn’t help give me the cooperate number, said I could look it up myself (which I will). I don’t know the reason for why Maria was so unpleasant. We were verbally mistreated by this woman for the unpleasant service that they are carrying in their establishment. She needs to be tested to see if she is capable of running a restaurant because she lacked customer service as a whole.More

We wanted to do a “special” celebration of the end of summer, so we headed to Viera and landed at the Melting Pot. Little did we realize how wonderful our experience would be! We started at the bar with drinks made by Kyle, who later...created his own version of a drink that was the best! Our server, Cyrena, was such a big part of the success as well - informative, kind, funny, and very quick to respond to any questions or needs. We weren’t able to eat two full entrees, so we WILL return for trying other items. The Wisconsin Trio cheese fondue was superior - we would have eaten two bowls if we could. The meat fondue was very tasty - and the sauces were varied but so good! We highly recommend this restaurant, and if you can get served by Cyrena and have a drink made by Kyle - you’ll know they are the best!More
