Drove over with friends and were thrilled to see crablegs on the menu. Asked our server about them since the price was great and she assured it was a large portion. She was right and they were delicious! Done perfectly. We all enjoyed our meals and will certainly return.

Had to wait for window seat but not too long. Table service was a little slow and the waiter was not sure of specials. Food was OK nothing out of the ordinary fried fish, steak with salad and potato. Could use a fresh paint and updating

We had dinner here this evening. Seafoood with many other offerings. The food and the service was excellent. We had King Crab Legs, scallops and shrimp scampi. We also had Key Line chicken and it was excellent as well. Dining room has a nice view out over the water as well.

Eventually got sub-par cocktail and then was ignored by numerous staff. Not so much as a cursory "Hi, how are you?". They weren't busy at all. The menu was devoid of fresh, local seafood so I left. The locals tell me I made the right call.

Food was excellent. We both got the fried shrimp, fried chips and house salad. All were very well prepared. Service was good -- prompt and courteous. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a fresh warm loaf of bread with real butter to start our meal.

Very beautiful view on the water. See fish jumping and kayaks gliding through the water. Very relaxing atmosphere. Best of all, their food is delicious!! Great place for dinner! Prices reasonable! Nice parking area. After dinner, be sure to take some pictures outside- lots of birds, fish jumping, and awesome sunsets! Be sure to visit. 🌴🌅

Went there with high expectations as we were there a few years ago, guess we had an off night. Mgr got involved with us, as our Prime Rib was cooked exactly how we did not want it. Mine was med well, order med rare, she did comp my meal which was not necessary I told her. She insisted. Even gave... More

Really liked the atmosphere at the Sandy Hook. A very friendly welcome and the offer of a window seat if we were happy to wait. Seemed to be able to seat us very quickly and we had a nice table with a fantastic view over the water. However, the meal did not live up to the promise. Two of us... More

I would highly recommend this restaurant. I am gluten free and I was able to eat a delicious meal. The steamers were delicious as was my prime rib, potato and veggies.
