Angelica our server was awesome! Very attentive. She was happy to be there! Food was delicious as always. It is our go to spot on the island.

What an unfortunate experience for such a beautiful restaurant. I have food sensitivities and called hours ahead of our 5:45pm reservation to check what my options may be for dinner. The woman I spoke with was curt, and basically said she and chef didn't have...time for my questions. I inquired about a plain chicken breast with seasoning and olive oil along with a vegetable prepared the same way. I have had much better customer service in chain restaurants! My family, whom we were visiting, dines at Ciao Bella weekly and raved about this restaurant. Sadly, I had to eat a house salad for my meal, which the waiter brought with everyone's appetizers, not as my meal as I requested. I certainly wouldn't recommend this restaurant for anyone that has food sensitivities. Based on the less than friendly conversation I had with the woman that answered the phone, I won't be purchasing any gift certificates from Ciao Bella for my local Marco Island family either. I expected much better service and accommodations from this restaurant.More

Our experience with our waiter was less than satisfactory as he was distracted and inattentive. The food was very good. However, one member in our party got food poisoning two hours after her meal. She called the restaurant the next day to give them a...heads-up that her dish was tainted (lobster ravioli). After the person answering the phone took name and phone number and said the manager/chef would contact us, they never followed up.More

We enjoyed our evening out. Ate on the terrace, not really outdoors but not inside. Our waiter Yogi or Yoshi (sorry for not getting it right) was very efficient, polite and professional. Our drinks were served promptly as was our meal. Escargots for hubby were...very good. Our 2 veal dishes were also very good - in taste, presentation and portion.More

Not a great experience.... Service was terrible had to wait forever. Asked for a drink twice before I got it. The food took forever to come and only half of got it. The others waited even longer. The food too not the greatest experience. No...one ever asked us anything like hows your food. Just set the food down and left.More

Being Italian, I usually don’t eat at restaurants featuring Italian cuisine since my mother and grandmother were such excellent cooks. The first thing I noticed when entering the restaurant was it smelled like my grandmother’s kitchen. The veal dishes are very good. I enjoy the...sausage and peppers. Their seafood specials are always fresh and well prepared. The halibut special of a year ago was outstanding. They seem to have the hardest working servers on the island. I find the prices to be reasonable based on the portions, freshness, and preparation.More

After looking at all the reviews on Trip Advisor, we thought we would give it a try. Being Italian, we do have different expectations, ,but we do enjoy most Italian restaurants. This one is an exception. Such a disappointment! The food was tasteless, chicken was...tough, and the portions lacking any authentic flavor. This is my favorite Italian restaurant on the island. It's so delicious. There haven't been many times that I've had a meal and still thought about it afterward. This is one exception. My daughter who is picky even loved it. The menu is on the...pricier end but worth it IMO. It's a perfect place to go for a date night, a special family dinner, or dinner with friends. Just go and try it, you won't regret it!More

Reliably good food with excellent service. Warmed plates are a nice touch. Music and dancing on Saturday nights. A well-run operation. Management is obviously paying attention.

Amazing food and service. The decor is beautiful, too. Ask for Yogi for a server, he was the best. The stuffed pork chop was amazing!!!!
