Great spot for seafood. Go for the jumbo prawns with drawn butter. Nice attentive service. Need reservations in high season. Save yourself from driving to Naples and dine here.

IF you love seafood, their prawns are the signature dish for a reason. Their grouper dish was also fantastic. Great experience. I have been eating here for 15 years annually on vacation. The service is always stellar.

From the outside you don't expect this! A big blue building with tatty furniture outside! When inside it feels like somebody's front room ! The staff were very friendly & welcoming A good varied menu The surf & turf with lobster was delicious as was the stuffed lobster tail ! The special grouper with mango crust was a delight as... The service, from the moment we arrived was sensational-very pleasant. Ordered the "jumbo" prawns which were good, just not as jumbo as expected. Well cooked and rice not bad-especially after it was all buttered up. Overall not worth the cost. Wife had a grouper special which was alright but a bit too thick/ dry. Sons child broiled fish was yummy,... More

Had been meaning to go to this place heard a lot of ads about how good it was supposed to be. Wow, were they right. When you go order prawns they are incredible and you get a big order. We'll be back for sure.

This has the best food on the island with the custom made dishes from the chef. I personally had the prawn's and they were 4 to the pound. the cooked to perfection. My wife had stuffed filet with crab meat. The service was top notch.

We visited Cafe de Marco for the first time. We have been coming to Marco for many years but this place is off the beaten path. I ordered the Prawns and they were outstanding. Four huge 1/4 lb. prawns butterfly-ed. I was so pleased I returned the next night for the Lamb Chops. I wasn't disappointed as the lamb was... More

We had intended to eat at Lee Be Fish which is right around the corner but it was closed when we arrived so we went to Cafe de Marco instead. This is the only restaurant we would not return to. In fairness, the lobster bisque was quite good and the service was good but that's it. Our salads were way... More

Sandy Manages here and the projection from outside the building is not outstanding but usually quite busy with locals. She keeps a watchful eye on her staff and she appears to have a good chef. The food in general does not lack variety or flavours and the King Prawn Seafoood Dish is the speciality of the house not be missed. The Prawns... More

Located in one of the remaining old town buildings. Good seafood preparation and generous portions. They boast of their prawns which were very large, sweet, and expensive.

Tucked away in the northern most point of Old Marco is Cafe de Marco. An intimate bistro/cafe serving the most diverse selection of fresh seafood & other continental specialties since 1983. A favorite amongst locals & seasonal return visitors to Marco Island. Reservations are greatly appreciated. Olde Florida atmosphere in the historic district of Olde Marco. Perfect for an outstanding meal, business, or special occasion. Vast wine selection and beer available. Twilight specials and children's menu available. Owned and operated by same owner & family since starting out in 1983. Our building enjoys a rich piece of Marco history. The Cafe's building was the original quarters for the chamber maids employed by the historic Old Marco Inn just a few yards away. Many years ago the Inn functioned as a "bed & breakfast", and the maids would simply walk to work from our building. This explains the answer to a frequently asked question..."Was this an old house at one time?" Today, step inside to what has been transformed into an islander's tradition for over 30 years. We look forward to serving you soon! ~Sandy Franchino, Owner
