Spectacular, friendly service in a quaint tucked away area of Marco Island. Best Linguini and clam sauce dish I ever had including all of the Italian restaurants I've eaten in over the years. Was there visiting from NJ with my son who commented after out meal, WOW dad!!!!

I have been to Cafe De Marco on several occasions. My latest visit in early August 2016 was disappointing. This used to be my favorite seafood restaurant but unfortunately things have gone south. The food had no flavor. I remember the snapper being simply incredible and I came very close to asking for another dish. Such a shame....

Quaint restaurant with excellent service and good food. I had snapper and my wife mahi-mahi. Would definitely go back.

Excellent food and service! Lobster bisque was delicious! My husband couldn't quit talking about the prawns! Expensive but worth it! The rest of our meals were reasonable and fabulous! We'd definitely go back!

The Cafe de Marco is a great little restaurant. You will need reservations during the winter season as it is a very popular restaurant. They are known for their seafood dishes. Be prepared to spend your money. It is pricey, but that shouldn't scare you away. For a great fine dining experience give it a shot.

Great spot for seafood. Go for the jumbo prawns with drawn butter. Nice attentive service. Need reservations in high season. Save yourself from driving to Naples and dine here.

IF you love seafood, their prawns are the signature dish for a reason. Their grouper dish was also fantastic. Great experience. I have been eating here for 15 years annually on vacation. The service is always stellar.

From the outside you don't expect this! A big blue building with tatty furniture outside! When inside it feels like somebody's front room ! The service, from the moment we arrived was sensational-very pleasant. Ordered the "jumbo" prawns which were good, just not as jumbo as expected. Well cooked and rice not bad-especially after it was all buttered up. Overall not worth the cost. Wife had a grouper special which was alright but a bit too thick/ dry. Sons child broiled fish was yummy,... More

Tucked away in the northern most point of Old Marco is Cafe de Marco. An intimate bistro/cafe serving the most diverse selection of fresh seafood & other continental specialties since 1983. A favorite amongst locals & seasonal return visitors to Marco Island. Reservations are greatly appreciated. Olde Florida atmosphere in the historic district of Olde Marco. Perfect for an outstanding meal, business, or special occasion. Vast wine selection and beer available. Twilight specials and children's menu available. Owned and operated by same owner & family since starting out in 1983. Our building enjoys a rich piece of Marco history. The Cafe's building was the original quarters for the chamber maids employed by the historic Old Marco Inn just a few yards away. Many years ago the Inn functioned as a "bed & breakfast", and the maids would simply walk to work from our building. This explains the answer to a frequently asked question..."Was this an old house at one time?" Today, step inside to what has been transformed into an islander's tradition for over 30 years. We look forward to serving you soon! ~Sandy Franchino, Owner
