I had lunch at Summer Day. I was hoping there would be more vegan options, but only the veggie wrap with hummus. It was good, but nothing great. Delightful food prep person but the wrap was lackluster at best - if alfalfa sprouts are your thing, you may want to try it.

We love the fresh made smoothies at Summer Day. They have a great selection of smoothies on the menu, but will make up any combination that you like with the fruits, veggies, juices, milk, etc on hand. Definitely try the Zen Lunatic. :)

Just heard about this place. I've been off and on the island for 10 years and have seen t stores come and go. But the last few years we have had no health food stores at all. Now we finally have one. I hope this...place survives. I've finally found a real source of fresh food not that old stuff at the grocery. Keep up the good work.More

They have a limited menu but everything is made fresh to order. The shop is terrific ranging from gluten-free foods to other items hard to find. They have a great shop for items for self improvement and energy products and will get you whatever you...desire if they don't have it. I do miss the energetic clearings they use to have in the back of the shop.More
