I went to Mangos on 3 occasions on this vacation because it was THAT GOOD. Service, food, everything. The smoothies are also to die for! If you're ever in Marco Island, make Mangos one of your stops!

Made reservations but really weren't need. Cute place located in a plaza but with views of the water. Three of us had eggs Benedict; southern (biscuit and gravy), traditional and blue crab- light and tasty! Served with fresh fruit. My daughter had a waffle- tasty with fresh fruit, whipped cream and warm syrup. Also had smoothies- mango and banana. Both... More
Whether it's Sunday Brunch or weekday lunch, Mango's is consistently one of our favorites. The ambience, sitting inside in the cheerful restaurant or bar or outside on the patio overlooking the water, it is always a treat. They are known for their specialty salads as well as their chocolate martinis, or a full course dinner if that's your pleasure. A... More
There isn't much choice on Marco Island for dining outside of the hotels, we happened upon this great little spot. In the Marco Island magazine it's advertised as a Sushi bar, because they say that have a great sushi menu. It is however more than sushi, (not a big fan of sushi myself), the food is very good. The beer... More
The moment our small overfried calamari appetizer arrived, it became clear not to expect much from the rest of the dishes..... "Jumbo sauteed to perfection" scallops were very far from being jumbo and only sauteed on one side. The seafood chowder was really-really salty, the mojito super sweet, and the burger dry and charred. The sashimi platter was ok, but... More
Sunday brunch at Mangos is on the expensive side, but amazing value and variety. Definitely worth a treat for a special occasion. You will not need to eat another meal that day after feasting all the goodies!
Lucky us, we have a boat at the Esplanade Marina and have dropped by Mangos a few times in the last month. There aren't many places with a bigger and better breakfast menu than Mangos and so far, happy hour items are great and full menu items made a hit with our guests. I'm sure Mangos will be much more... More
My family and I agree that Mangos was one of our favorite places that we ate throughout our stay! The food was cooked to perfection. Mangos is located right on the water so we were able to see a beautiful sunset while we ate. I just wish the waiter paid a little more attention to us.
We had a Party of 10. The food didn't take long; however, no one had a terrific meal. The 32 dollar grouper was a complete rip off. Not one of our kids liked the burgers because of the heavy black char on them. (My chef family member told me that usually happens when the grill isn't properly cleaned. But i... More
We chose to eat and Mangos twice during our one week stay in Marco Island. Everything everyone got was delicious, but the cream cheese filled pretzel dessert was outstanding! The servers were all so friendly and accommodating to our young children, and the atmosphere was beautiful. I would highly recommend Mangos!
